Ayumi's POV
"Ayumi wake up!" I open my eyes when someone shouted on my right ear. I stood up and I saw Sophie and Abby on the side.
They're raising their brows to me!
"What?" wala sa sarili kong natanong. They both sigh and look at me with disbelief.
"You have to prepare! Prom night na mamaya!" asik ni Abby sa akin.
"Prom night? I thought it's done?" I ask curiously. I remember that Enzo gets jealous and hurt and I said that I'm choosing him over Brent.
I have a crush on Brent yeah, but Enzo is different. I love him! Tsaka nawala na din naman iyong nararamdaman ko kay Brent.
"What? You're spacing too much! Mamaya pa lang ang prom night, what the hell are you talking about?" si Sophie. Sobra talaga silang nagtataka sa akin.
In the middle of silence, Bella entered my room. "Oh ano nag- Oh! Gising ka na pala!" masayang sambit nito. "Iyong apat mong manliligaw nasa ibaba" aniya pa.
"Huh? Manliligaw?" tanong ko.
"Oo 'te manliligaw! Bakit? May napili ka na ba sa kanila? Sinagot mo na ba sila?" tanong naman niya. Napailing ako.
Panaginip lang ba talaga ang lahat? Ang akala ko ay totoo iyon. So all this time I was just dreaming about it?
What the actually fuck?!
"Dalian mo na girl, you should fix yourself before you go down. Andiyan pala ang apat" Abby said, she turn her back on us and went down.
Naiwan si Sophie, she still looking at me with her curious eyes. I sigh, I was about to stand up when she held my shoulders and put me back to bed.
"Aw! What?!" asik ko.
"Tell me, bakit mo nasabing tapos na ang prom? At bakit nagtanong ka pa na manliligaw mo pa rin ang apat ha?" para siyang imbestigador sa paraan ng pagtatanong niya sa akin.
"What the hell, Sophie! Stay away from me! You're saliva is spitting out!" asik ko.
"Arte mo!" natatawang sabi nito. Umupo siya sa tabi ko. "Magtoothbrush ka na, ang baho ng hininga mo! Tapos paglabas mo ikukwento mo sa'kin 'yung panaginip mo!" nag ngising aso pa ito.
Inirapan ko na lang siya at tuluyan nang pumasok ng bathroom para asikasuhin ang sarili. I look at myself at the mirror, I pinch my cheecks.
"Aw!" I snorted. "That was a fucking dream, Ayumi. What the actually fuck." I whispered.
I covered my face with my two hands and let a heavy sigh. What should I do?
Nakatungo akong lumabas ng bathroom, naiangat ko lang ito nang mapansin ko ang mga paa ni Sophie.
She's looking at me while her left brow is raising, pinagkunotan ko siya ng noo. "You're still here?" I ask.
"You have to tell to me what's in your dream" she said like a bossy.
"Wala akong makukwento sa'yo, Sophie. So stop being so nosy." she sigh. Pagbaba naming dalawa ay nakangiti kong sinalubong ang apat.
"You guys are early" kunwaring sabi ko, palihim pa akong sumulyap kay Enzo and he's fucking looking at me!
He raised an eyebrow to me. I averted my gaze. "Nag-almusal na ba kayo mga Sir?" nakangiti kong sabi.
"Yeah, sa shop kanina." si Brent ang sumagot, I slightly nod and give him a small smile.
"So, what brought you guys up here?" I ask. Were now on the dining area. Abby, Sophie, Isabella and I are eating our breakfast.
I just found out that they brought all of these foods here.
"I just wanted to ask you, if can you be my date later?" Naftali ask me. I choked. Abby gave me water.
"Are you okay?" Enzo ask me, "Y-Yeah.." I answered. What the hell, Ayumi? Why are you stuttering?
"Guys, you shouldn't ask her if she can be your date. Apat kayo, anong akala niyo? Pwede ang iisa lang ang date niyo?" singit ni Sophie. "Ikaw Ace Joshua! Tayo na ang partner mamaya, ikaw naman Naftali kayo na ni Isabella at ikaw naman Brent kayo na lang ni Abby!" she said.
"What about, Enzo?" Brent ask.
"Edi sila ni Ayumi" simpleng aniya, aangal na sana sila nang bigla siyang magsalita ulit. "Ops! Don't say anything! Pwede naman kayong makipagsayaw kay Ayumi if ever Enzo and Ayumi are done, isa-isa lang! Maawa kayo sa'min! Wala kaming date! You know the rules we all should have our own partner!" she said while her both hands is in the air, stoping them to talk.
"I'm sure, It will be okay to Ayumi and it looks like she doesn't want to have a four dates, aren't you?" Abby's looking at me straightly.
"Ha? Ah, Y-yeah, don't worry guys Enzo will be just my partner but that doesn't mean I already choose him in the four of you." I clearly said.
"Sows?" hindi naniniwalang sambit ni Sophie sa'kin kaya naman ay sinamaan ko siya ng tingin.
"So, I think we all should see each other's later?" I smiled to them. We're now on the gate, and they're ready to leave na.
"Yeah." si Joshua. Isa-isa silang nagpaalam sa akin.
Nagulat naman akong naiwan si Enzo. "W-What are you d-doing h-here?" I avoid his gaze.
"I noticed earlier that you always sttuter when you're talking to me?" kunwaring aniya.
"H-Huh? Hindi naman ah!" I can't stand him alone! What the heck is wrong with you, Ayumi?
"Okay. I'll pick you up later, okay?" he said. Pero hindi ako nakasagot nakatingin lang ako sa kaniya.
Pumitik siya sa harapan ko kaya napakurap ako. "I said, I'll pick you up later." natatawang aniya. I quickly nod.
"Drive safely, see y-you.. later.." I turn my back on him but he quickly hold my hand. "W-What?" naiilang na tanong ko.
Hindi ko alam kung bakit ako naiilang sa kaniya at bakit ganito ang kilos ko sa harapan niya. Ano bang nangyayari sa'yo, Ayumi?
Hindi ikaw 'to, Ayumi! Umayos ka nga! Bakit kasi sa lahat ng pwedeng mapanaginipan ganoon pa? The heck!
I chose him, but I didn't expect that it was just a fucking a dream! Argh! I hate this feeling!
"Hey, you're spacing out too much" he said.
"H-Huh?"
"Huh?" he mocked. "Come here" he whispered then he pulled me for a hug.
"Enzo.."
"I hope you'll choose me." he whispered. I feel my heart beating faster! Kinakabahan ako na ewan! Hindi ko maintindihan.
"Go now.." I said.
"Wait." he stopped me. Nang maiharap niya ako sa kaniya ay mabilis niyang sinakop ang mukha ko gamit ng mga mainit niyang palad.
He slowly leaned on me and then I just realized that his lips was on mine now. The kiss stay for a seconds before he stop.
Bakit parang nabitin ako. "Go inside, I'll just see you later.. I love you.." he smiled at me.
Mabilis akong pumasok at sinara ang pinto, sumandal ako at basta ko na lang nahampas ang dibdib ko.
"Whew!" hingang malalim ko pa.
The kiss was so familiar. I feel like it was same in my dreams.
