Chapter 15

-Matsuno Chifuyu POV-

I didn't like the idea of working with Kisaki.
The one who almost got my sister killed and actually killed me in the future.
'Ena-nee is going to be so pissed at me...'

But this was also for her future, I never want her to be alone.
She has been there for me since the beginning, stood up for me, cried for me, laughed with me,...
I want to return the favour, I want her to be happy more than anyone.

-Flashback to five year old-

"Chifuyu, this is Ena. She will be playing with you" said mom.
"I'm Ena" said the girl.
"Chifuyu" I said and she smiled.

"Let's play together!" she said and pulled me with her.
She showed me the playground, I fell and began to cry.
"Oh, don't cry" she said and got out a band-aid. "Here, it doesn't hurt anymore, does it?"

"Thank you, Ena-nee" I said and she smiled.
"You're welcome" she said and pulled me up.

-End of flashback-

Now that I think about it, she always pulls me up...
Whenever I feel down, she's right there.
I touched my earring, Ena had the same one.

'I'm sorry, sis'
"Can you stick to the plan?" asked Kisaki.
"Yeah" said Takemichi. "I'll go reason with Hakkai, who should already be in the church while you guys ambush Taiju"

"Takemitchy" I said. "I know beating Taiju's important, but if you can just persuade Hakkai, then that'll change our future! I'm counting on you"
"Yeah!" said Takemichi. "I got this"

The moment Takemichi went into the church, Kisaki and Hanma ambushed me...
I tried to put up a fight, but the two of them were good...

"Bastard really put up a fight" said Hanma. "Don't interfere with a fight between brothers"
'Bastards... Takemitchy... be careful!'
All I could do, was hope that Mitsuya got here soon...

Luckily for me, I didn't have to wait long.
"You do realise Kaida's going to be pissed at you" said Mitsuya while he untied me.
"Yeah, I know" I said. "But... this is also for her"

"What do you mean?" he asked.
"No time to explain" I said. "We need to hurry!"
Hakkai's big sister was there too, she was going to attack Taiju with a knife.

But Mitsuya grabbed the knife, stopping her.
"This isn't something you use to protect others" he said.
"Huh? Mitsuya-kun?!" said Takemichi.

"Let go, Yuzuha" said Mitsuya. "You're cuttin' my hand"
"Mitsuya... why are you here?" asked Yuzuha and she passed out.
"Takemitchy. Watch Yuzuha for me" said Mitsuya.

"Got it!" said Takemichi.
"Okay then" said Mitsuya. "It's you and me now, mother fucker"
"Ah? Are you for real?" said Taiju. "What happened to the truce? Don't tell me you're a scum sucking shit who breaks his own promises?"

"Shut up" said Mitsuya angrily. "I'm gonna tell you something important and obvious than that. Never hit your little sister. No matter how badly she misbehaves, forgive her with a smile. That's what being a big brother's all about you asshole!"

-Kiyama Ena POV-

"So, hey, Ken-chin, Ena-chan" said Mikey while driving. "Was that Mitsuya's Impulse I heard just now?"
"Huh?! No one besides you is stupid enough to ride a bike in this freezing ass weather, Mikey" said Draken. "You're hearing things!"

"Guess so" said Mikey.
"Let's go home already" said Draken.
I had a bad feeling...

I hugged Mikey tighter.
"What's wrong, Ena-chan?" he asked.
"Bad feeling" I said.
