CHAPTER 42

I noticed that Callih smiled and Lei looked away so I followed them. Magkakatabi lang naman kami and it's a same room so it's okay for me to be alone. The room that Lei rented was big, it had a big bathroom inside and a big bed in the middle. It looks like just one room and there is a sofa set on the side while the big TV is hanging on the wall. This room is also air conditioned, I walked closer to the big mirror before opening the long curtain so that the beautiful sea was revealed to me!

I wish I could be this happy every day.

I arranged my things on the side before going out to see, Xi and our friends also going out. Callih was just following Lei so I changed my way to Xi who was currently talking to Ally.

"You listen." I said sarcastically to Ally seeing that she was just staring at Xi who was speaking.

"Holuwl!" she answered so I grinned at her.

“Saan ba tayo pupunta, ha?” nagtatakang tanong ko kay Yass ng makitang lahat kami papunta sa gilid ng dagat.

“Hindi mo alam?”

Ay tanga, magtatanong pa ba ako 'kung alam ko?

“Hindi.” nagpipigil ng asar na sagot ko.

Ang slow!

“Sa heaven.”

“You jerk!” kukurutin ko na sana siya ng tumawa kaya napatingin ang mga kasamahan na'min.

“Just kidding.” bawi niya sa'kin.

“Hintayin mo nalang.”

“Bakit ba kayo nandito?” nagtatakang tanong ko sa kanya ng makitang may pasa-lubong sa'min na malaking Yate.

“To celebrate.”

“Who?”

“May something ba kayong dalawa, ha?” pagsabat ni Xi kaya napasulyap ako sa kanya.

Chismoso.

“Something mo mukha mo!” make-face ko sa kanya bago binalik ang tingin kay Yass.

“Ano na, sino?”

“What?”

Bigla ko itong pinalo ang kanyang braso dahil sa inis. “Ang slow mo!!” inis ng sigaw ko sa kanya bago sinipa ang mga buhangin.

Narinig ko naman ang hagikgik ng mga kaibigan ko kaya hindi ko na sila pinansin!

Bwisit!

Bakit ba ang slow ng mga tao ngayon, grabe!

We only stopped walking when the big yacht stopped at the woodbridge. Xi and Ally walked there first before Ash and Yass followed. I was late so they wouldn't see me slip when stepping on the woodbridge.

Mahirap na, baka madulas ako diyan!

Lei was leaning on Callih's steps on the woodbridge so I looked away when they looked at me who was still on the sand.

"Whoa, what are you doing there?" Ally asked with a laugh.

"Standing, probably!" I replied auspiciously.

"Alalayan mo nga bro!" Xi ordered before they laughed out loud.

Mga hunghang!

I walked across the woodbridge with a blank reaction and thought I might slip! Lei came to me and held my hand before supporting me in my steps.

“Sana all!”

“Ehemmm!”

“Ano 'yan ha?!”

“Edi kayooo naa!”
