-NO...HOW?!? I'M BLIND, I CAN DO NOTHING, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, PLEASE I KNOW YOU'RE VERY POWERFUL, I WANT TO SEE AGAIN"

Queen Ecaura put her hand in front of her face vertically, and the other one in front of her belly button horizontally, light started generating from both the Guenitras and leaking to the halo until it filled it up, afterwards an energy beam came out of the two points of the halo where it was fixed and connected on the top of Ecaura's head, and pierced into Alan's heart, touched what's beyond the organs and veins, it touched his spirit, and calmed him down, the Queen decided the best thing to do is cast a mixture of truth and relaxation spell.

"Now, tell me what happened child

-this is going to need a really long back story but I'll make it as short as possible, I come from another planet, possibly universe, my planet is called earth, we do not have any form of magic there, at least that's what I thought until I picked up this cursed book, it sucked me in it and put me in this place, the book narrates my life and it said when it has no more pages to write in it will stop and I get to join my people back, I was so angry at the book while going to search for the Guenara rocks today that I threw it on the ground, but apparently it didn't like it, it hit me back and then cursed me with seven days of blindness, I'm basically worthless with no power now, without vision I'm nothing

-allow me to remind you if you forgot, I'm blind myself

-you're a magic goddess with what feels like unlimited power, it's not the same, I don't have any magic, I'm powerless"

The Queen made raven noises, and what looked like a raven flew right to her hand and rested on her finger, it was black with regular shape and wings, but it had visibly long eyelashes and a long tail that was parted in 3 swirled sections at its end, she touched him with her halo, there was a slight glow at the contact point, the raven then flew toward the kneeling Alan and dug right into his skull screaming, then vanished into thin air, and the hole it left stayed, a small tree grew out of it, thankfully Ecaura's spell was very strong and Alan couldn't freak out, he just felt the tree around a bit then asked her about it

"What is this?

-remember how I said titri and kima were the only ones able to bare sunlight, well what just went into you was a titri, when in plant form they grow the instinct, sensitivity and consciousness of whoever they stick to, and they can bare sunlight for a good time, enough time.

-what does this mean?

-You will be learning how to use your other senses to perceive existence. There is absolutely nothing a blind cannot do, expect see."

One of the biggest senses that intensified was the feeling of vibration, it actually became so intense that Alan was able to tell when he approaches a wall, the vibrations aren't flat and continuous anymore, just stomping his leg on the ground can tell him what object is where in a limited area, he definitely did hit a wall a few times, but he is slowly learning to constantly pay attention and never let his guard down. Ecaura wanted him to learn how to deal with projectiles too, so she threw pointless arrows at him, he needed to use his hearing to know their location and approximate speed, and then feel the air rush to know how far he's gotten from them. The Queen was definitely not slowing down or going easy on him, all of this was done in two days

"I have a question" said Alan during a projectile training session

"Go on" replied Ecaura firing another arrow with her hand at him

"Do you have a natural form?" Asked Alan while barely avoiding the arrow

"Whenever you talk to a group of creatures you always take their form, even me, what's your natural form? How do you originally look like?

-you're blind, why would you care?

-I won't be in five more days"

Ecaura levitated twenty arrows and in a swift smooth motion repelled them in an arc on top of her, then fired them all at once in a speed Alan never experienced before, he was not able to avoid all of them and although they were pointless they did hurt, and slammed him to the ground

"You don't need to know the answer to the question"

Ecaura didn't want to reveal half of what her species is capable of, becoming a gas and traveling through anything, she can even get into Alan's nose and enter his blood system then reappear inside of it in a shrunk form, she can control air and fire, she can make someone powerful, peaceful, destructive, deaf, she could do most things, imaginable and not, but she always used as little of it as possible, she is a firm believer in modesty, plus it's always good to be underestimated. She hasn't took her original form since everyone of her kind went to fight the Goddess. 

When the night rolled over, for the first time in seven days, Gwaxy and Guen did not come out, they usually come to the shore twice a year, consecutively, this is their first time doing it seven times, let alone one after another.

Ecaura determined that since there will be no more Guenara rocks, it is time to visit the nocta lake, she went out with Alan and six nocturnal swipers. They went outside, behind the Queendom, where a small wooden boat awaited them. They got on it, and it started moving on its own, what no one realized is that Ecaura was the one moving the water beneath it.

The night was calm, the air was light and riveting, the light from the moons reflecting on the calm waters was compelling, the whole vibe is quite frankly hypnotizing, although he can't see, Alan could still feel the breeze, the peace, and the beauty. 

"Nocta spheres are medium sized round boulders of polished bright white light floating around the nocta river, greed repels them, and since we want them, every time we get closer they sway, Guenara rocks mask the greed, and let us collect them, once we touch them they lose the repelling property.

-how come Guenara rocks have so much different properties? Where do they come from? How do they help the other five islands? And what do you use nocta spheres for?

-well that's wasn't a question that was four. Shortly after the rage outbreak, thousands of years ago, when every tribe got put on an island, shE promised to help us each year, that when Gwaxy and Guen come out to recharge twice a year, the next morning a Guenara rock will show on our shores, Guenara is the material shE uses for hEr scepter, it hold magic, can think on its own, and is very powerful, we didn't decide what the rocks can do, neither did shE, they did on their own, as you saw for the first island, or the Tribalchotomous island, and here, the nocturnal island.
