Surprise y'all!!!


My eyes gleamed with innocence,
     A smile plastered of fake dissonance;
I ignored my inner pleas with nonchalant ignorance.


Used to hiding the truth, Wit was my disguise,

    I lived a life, one which I despised;

Thoughts clashing, figuring out which is mine or theirs,

     My emotions led me to have many layers.


Slowly, the covers peel off,

    The closer you come to me, the clearer the fog;

See me in a new light, embrace the new person, per chance,

     Only in your murderous tunes, did I dance.


So now you see, there is more in me to be,

    Beware my mask, be ready to flee;

To see the reality, you must accept,

     "Good Girls Going Bad" is not just a Teenage Concept...
