Harry woke up late and hurried to get dressed and check a last time if he had everything. He almost forgot his journal, where he wrote all his ideas and songs, so he grabbed it, then he was off to Louis'.

He felt inspired lately, and he was working on a song, so he needed his journal with him to finalize some things about it.

Harry arrived at Louis' around 8 a.m, he wasn't that late, after all. He knocked twice softly at the door and the door opened short after.

"Hey" Louis smiled, moving to let Harry come in

"Hi" Harry replied, mirroring Louis' smile

They made their ways to the kitchen where Jay and Lottie were talking

"Oh Harry!" Lottie smiled as she saw him

"Hey Lottie" Harry said brightly, taking a seat next to Louis, across from Lottie and Jay

"You two know each other?" Johannah asked, looking between Harry and Lottie

Harry just looked at Lottie, not knowing how much her mom knew and he didn't want to say anything he shouldn't say. Lottie seemed relaxed

"Saw him once or twice with a friend of mine" she shrugged and took a sip of her cup

"Oh, that's great" she smiled sweetly "Take whatever you want, there's cereals if you like" Jay told Harry

"No way he takes my cereals" Louis shook his head and reached for the cereals to take them as far away as possible Harry

"You take whatever you want when you come to my place, I think I can have cereals" Harry said

"I made you pancakes last time!" Louis contested

Johannah coughed and Lottie spat her water before holding her hand in front of her mouth. They both looked up at Louis and Harry, bewilderment written across their faces. Harry didn't really get why, honestly.

"Did he burn your place down? I won't pay for anything, Louis, I swear" Jay said

"Yoy cooked?!" Lottie just said, maybe a bit loudly because Johannah slapped her arm gently

"The kids are sleeping, Lottie!" she scolded softly

"But- he cooked!" she said, moving her hands toward Louis

"Yeah I got that" she replied

Harry had almost forgotten how shitty Louis was at cooking, except for his pancakes.

"Well" Louis started "I didn't burn his place down, nor I messed up my pancakes" he said pointedly

"You actually managed to make good pancakes. That you could eat, without risking food poisoning?" Lottie raised her eyebrows

"Yes" he said, obviously offended that his sister had such a bad opinion of his cooking

It was funny to watch, really. Harry took advantage of the fact that Louis was distracted to snatch the box of cereal from his hand and poured himself a bowl.

"My cereals" he said

"You made me pancakes, I lent you a sweatshirt. We're even" Harry said, adding milk along with his cereals

"This has nothing to do together" he said, seeming more frustrated than he should by Harry just taking a bit of his cereal.

"You gave me something, I gave you something. So yes, it has everything to do together" Harry shrugged, taking a spoon full of cereals and chewing

Louis huffed and turned to look back at his mom and sister. Harry did the same and saw them eyeing the pair with a weird expression on their faces. Harry didn't know what to do so he just kept eating, head down.
