Narrator POV
On a sunny morning there are 2 children who is Izuku and Izumi are waking up their parents to go to the quirk doctor.
Izuku / Izumi : Mom, Dad let's go to the quirk doctor *while jumping in their bed*
It's the day for Izuku and Izumi to go to the quirk doctor. They were immediately excited to wake up his parents.
Izuku / Izumi : Mom Dad, let's go to the quirk doctor we can't wait for our quirk
Inko : *giggles* Come on, kids, take a shower and don't forget to have breakfast
After the two of them were ready to go to the quirk doctor, Inko told the two children to get into the car and leave immediately with him.
Timeskip 30 minutes later
Arriving there, Izuku and Izumi waited in the waiting room with their mother.
Izuku : Hey Izumi, what will happen if we don't have quirks and can't be heroes?
Izumi : Don't worry Izuku, we both will definitely get a quirk
Izuku : But will you promise to take care of each other if one of us is quirkless?
Izumi : *smiling* Of course I will protect you Onii-chan
Izuku : Thank you Sis *smiling back*
A few moments later they were called by the doctor for their quirk examination.
Doctor : The Yagi's please, your results are in
Inko : *waving to the kids* Come on kids
Izuku / Izumi : Yeay...
When they entered the doctor's room the two children were very happy with what quirk they would have
Doctor : Well, Ms Yagi your daughter has a telekinesis quirk that can lift anything with a maximum weight of 50 Kg, if she always training she could reach 400 Kg. But the drawback is that, if she trying to lift anything more than 5 things, her quirk for only works for 30 seconds
Inko : You hear that Izumi, you can become a Hero
Izumi : Yay....
Izuku : Congratulations Sis
Inko : But what about my son ?
Doctor : Well, *sigh* Im sorry your son is quirkless
Inko : Okay than thank you doctor
In the way home izuku was very sad because he didn't have a quirk. But that won't stop him from becoming a hero.
Izuku : *with a sad tone* Hey Izumi
Izumi : Yes, Onii-chan ?
Izuku : Do you still love's me when I'm quirkless ?
Izumi : *happy* Of course I do, I promise you Onii-chan I will protect you
Izuku : *smiles a little* Thank you Sis
