Sunoo was torn between Jay and Sunghoon.

His heart is confused as his mind.

The chaotic process of choosing between them is like choosing who to save.

It's not because he doesn't love Jay that he is hesitant to chose him but it also contributes the factor how Sunghoon chose him over his parents.

That is a big deal.

He could not just negate everything and be selfish.

Sunoo needed like 10 minutes in order to settle his mind.

Sunghoon just stayed silent and understood how big the revelation is to him.

Sunghoon's intention was never really a guilt trip.

He doesn't want Sunoo to chose him because he gave up his parents over him.

He wants Sunoo to freely chose whoever he think he wants.

He gave Sunoo his peace.

He's worth the risk.

At this point, Sunghoon just wants Sunoo to be happy.

And that happiness will only happen if Sunoo can be true to his self.

"Sunghoon?" Sunoo said.

"Yes, Sun." Sunghoon said.

"I'm sorry." Sunoo said.

That sorry only meant one thing.

Sunoo chose Jay over him.

I mean, he already expected the outcome.

But he's still wasn't prepared, hearing it from Sunoo directly.

"It's okay." Sunghoon said.

"No, I made you and your parents broke up.
I don't deserve all of this." Sunoo replied.

"Then can you just grant me one wish? I'll promise I'll never pester you again with Jay." Sunghoon said.

"Yes, whatever is it. I'm willing to do it." Sunoo said.

"Then let's have a one last date on Saturday. I'll pick you up. That's my last wish." Sunghoon said.

Sunoo then nods and leaves Sunghoon.

"You were the only one, That I allowed inside my heart. Now I'm just holding on, To something so far gone." Sunghoon thought.

"Even though you're not my lover, Even though you're not my friend. I would give my all. To have you here. Just to hold you once again." Sunghoon said while looking at Sunoo's figure drifting away.

Time flies so fast.

Still nothing has changed.

Jay still kept his distance to Sunoo.

While Sunghoon just acts naturally to Sunoo.

It's now Saturday.
The day of the last date with Sunghoon.

Sunoo then goes to work.

Seeing Jay keeping his distance from him is so painful.

They just kept on working until it's their clock out time.

Sunoo then clocks out and goes to school.

He texted Sunghoon.

"Sunghoon, I'm here at the School." Sunoo texted.

"I'm coming over." Sunghoon replied.

Then Sunghoon arrived.

He brought a yellow rose.

"Thank you, Sunghoon." Sunoo said.

"Let's go?" Sunghoon said.

Then Sunghoon opens the shotgun seat and Sunoo slid in.

"Where are we going?" Sunoo asked.

"You'll see." Sunghoon said.

After like a 4 hours of traveling.

They are now far away from the city.

Green pastures and fresh air.

Sunoo can't explain the feeling of being here.

It's like the air has some effects on his body.

The negativity he's feeling over the past few days just subsides.

Sunghoon then grabs their things.
Placing their picnic cloth unto the grass and arranges things.

There's tteokbokki, mint choco ice cream, ramyeon and everything he loves when they were together.

Sunoo just didn't questioned Sunghoon about this.

They are now eating while talking.

"It's crazy how time flies so fast right, Sun?" Sunghoon said.

"Yes, It's crazy how It made us what we are today as a person." Sunoo replied.

"You know what's crazier Sun?" Sunghoon said.

"Hmmm what?" Sunoo replied.

"Is that after all of this. It's still you. It will always be you." Sunghoon said.

"I know I've said that I'll stop after this date but my feelings for you will be still there. I hope you won't take that from me. It's the only thing that gets me connected to you." Sunghoon said.

"Sunghoon, I'm sorry for everything. About us. About the misunderstandings. I hope in another parallel universe Sunoo and Sunghoon can have their own fairytale." Sunoo said.

"I imagined, I was yours and you were mine. As we lay upon the grass here in the dark, Underneath the stars." Sunghoon said.

"Sunghoon?" Sunoo called out his name.

"Yes." Sunghoon said.

"Was I worth the risk?" Sunoo asked.

"You were my everything Sunoo. You still are. Those risks are nothing compared getting you to be mine." Sunghoon said.

Sunoo just cried.

It's hard facing this kind of closure.

The words uttered by Sunghoon touched him the most.

Sunghoon then mumbles this song enough for Sunoo to hear.

"But in another life, I would be your boy.
We'd keep all our promises, Be us against the world. In another life, I would make you stay. So I don't have to say you were,
The one that got away.
The one that got away."
Sunghoon said while crying.

Sunoo just hugged Sunghoon.

The painful closure has ended.

"Thank you Kim Sunoo, My life, My Sun. You were the best thing I've ever had. Now you're free" Sunghoon said.

"Thank you Park Sunghoon for everything.
I'll never forget you. It seems our journey of being intimate has come to an end. Until your new life unfolds. I'll always be here. Always a friend. Thank's for letting me go."
Sunoo said while crying.

Sunghoon wiped Sunoo's tears.

And Sunghoon brings Sunoo at his home.

No words exchanged between the ride.

They're silent on the way going home.

Until they've arrived.

Sunghoon opens the door for Sunoo and kissed his forehead.

"Bye Sunghoon." Sunoo said and leaves.

While Sunghoon stayed there for a minute and uttered.

"Goodbye My TOTGA." Sunghoon said.

Sunoo then entered his apartment and cries out heavily.

The events that happened today just sinked in to his mind.

The yellow rose he gave today was a symbol of breaking apart.

It seems like the universe decided they weren't meant to be.
