"Now that Jaemin has taken you under his wing, you won't have to worry about anything ever again", Donghyuck laughs, his hands in his pockets to shield them from the cold air surrounding them. Next to him, he feels Mark press against his left side, seeking whatever warmth he can.
Renjun only scoffs as he moves his weight from one foot to the other, "Except how overbearing he can be"
"It all comes from good intent, though", Donghyuck finishes, looking over at Jisung, who only smiles back shyly.
It doesn't take long for Jeno to turn up, having just checked on their scaly friends, and after another minute, Jaemin and Chenle are arriving- the former passing over half of his wardrobe to Jisung, who takes it with flushed cheeks and whispers of thanks.
"Right", Renjun announces, rubbing his hands together impatiently, "let's have Hyuck do the spell and then we can all go back inside where it's warm."
"You do know that I've never done the spell before, right?" Donghyuck asks, a slight smile on his face as he watches Renjun's eyes narrow.
"But... you knew it?"
"Yeah, doesn't mean I can do it, though", He concludes with a shrug, ignoring Renjun's groanings, "Besides, that's why I requested that you all bring your wands."
