part twenty-four (flashback)

"Lightsabers are powered by Kyber crystals, which have a deep connection to the force, once we are ready a master will take us to a cave and the force will lead us to our crystal, then we will build our lightsaber, and mine will made out of beskar since I'm a mandalorian Jedi" I said and the look on master windus face was priceless he was shocked I knew that, and honestly so was I. 

"Okay uh good" he said returning to the lesson

"How did you know that?" Anakin asked in shock

"I dont know, I definitely wasn't listening" 

"You did it, we defeated him, we won" anakin smiled

"Who do you want your master to be when you become a Padawan?" Some kid in our class asked as we ate dinner, anakin and I usual ate alone but he came and sat with us,

"We already know who our masters are going to be" anakin said 

"What how?" The kid asked in shock 

"I dont know we just do" I said 

"Who then?" 

"Mine is going to be master yoda and Anakins is going to be obi wans" I said 

"No way you are getting master yoda" he scoffed 

"Yeah I am he's the only one who knows how to train a mandalorian Jedi"I said 

"Look obi wan is here" anakin said as we looked at obi wan grabbing some food 

"Let's go" I smiled "we will see you in class tomorrow" I told the kid as we ran and sat with obi wan 

"Master kenobi" anakin said as we sat down with him 

"Hello young ones" he said

Anakin and I had a free day today, so we just hung out around the temple,

"hahaha, look at this" he laughed 

"oh my force ahah that's hilarious" I laughed 

"Ella" master yoda said as he approached 

"hello master" I smiled 

"training you have, lets go" he said 

"but I thought we had free day" I said 

"sorry young one, not today"

"oh okay" I sighed 

"anakin, Obi-wan is looking for you" he said 

"okay thank you, bye Ella" 

"bye anakin" I smiled 

"what training do I have today?" I asked 

"learning about mandalorian Jedis you will be" he said as he led me to the library

I learnt more about mandalorian Jedis, I loved when master yoda taught me 1 on 1, but I got scared he was Jedi, I don't know what I am supposed to do,

"fear in you I sense" he said 

"uh yes, I am scared about how I am supposed to act, I have met mandalorians and I have also met Jedis but I have never met a mandalorian Jedi how do I know what I am supposed to do?" I asked 

"help you I will and clear it will be come in the future "

"okay" I nodded 

"go back to Skywalker you can" he said 

"thank you master"

we had another free day today so anakin and I were just hanging out 

"did you hear theres a new ice cream place down the road" some kid in our class said 

"really?" anakin queried 

"yeah apparently its the best on courisant" the kid said walking away 

"we have to go" anakin jumped up

"okay firstly younglings aren't allowed to leave the temple, and secondly we don't have any credits" I said crossing my arms 

"well we can sneak out, and I will just take some from obi wan stash, and we only get ice cream once a week and its not even that good, don't you want to taste real ice cream" he smiled 

"fine, I guess it could be fun" I said jumping up, we started to run towards obi wans room but master yoda walked around the corner "master" I said, he just looked at us, he defiantly knew 

"the new ice cream you want" he said

"yeah" anakin and I sighed knowing we had already been caught 

"hmm, go you can but if you are caught, punish you I will, consider it training" he said handing me some credits 

"really" I smiled and he nodded, "thank you master" I smiled before anakin ran off, we left through a small door and ran to the ice cream place,

"wow it looks so good" anakin said 

"yeah" I walked up to the counter "three please" I said and the guy handed me three, it cost all the money but it was worth It

"why did you get three?" Anakin asked 

"one for master yoda, im sure we would want one, and if he doesn't we can have it" I smiled 

"good idea" we ran out and saw mace windu at the front door 

"damn it" anakin sighed, we snuck around but he could defiantly sense something so he looked our way 

"stay down" I whispered before looking over and snapping a twig behind master windu with the force and he turned around and inspected it, we quickly ran past and into my room 

"ahaha that was amazing" anakin laughed 

"this ice cream is amazing" I said taking a mouth full, then master yoda entered my room 

"well done, succeed you did" he smiled, I walked over and handed him an ice cream 

"thank you master" I smiled and he smiled nodding 

"knew you would get me one I did" 

(yeah I know this flashback was kinda short but I just wanted to show what is was like when Ella was a youngling)
