adventures with the bad batch

Part twenty (between ep10 and ep11)

I was helping Suu prepare dinner again,

"what do you think you will do, keep travelling or settle down?" she asked

"I'm not sure, this life you live, its nice"

"it may seem boring at first, but I love it" she said, Hunter and I have never talked about what we would do, sure I wanted to settle down, this is life for a kid like omega, she deserves to be a child, and maybe in the future there will be something to fight with, like the republic.

I went and had a shower, warm water finally, and I went out into the guest room with a towel wrapped around me, and hunter opened the door,

"I-im sorry" he said turning away to leave

"its fine, just finding my clothes" I said looking through a bag of my clothes "hey ive been thinking we really need to buy omega some clothes she really only has one tunic" I said, hunter closed the door

"yeah I agree" he walked over to the corner "these what you are looking for" holding up my comfy clothes

"yes thank you" I said walking over and holding my towel making sure it stayed up, he looked down at me as I grabbed my clothes "thanks" I said turning around and entering the bathroom but before I closed the door hunter walked in, "whats up" I looked at him confused, we both stood there for a moment and he was breathing deeply,

"ah nothing" he said walking out,

"wait are you okay?" I asked

"yeah" he said walking out, I got changed and walked out and saw hunter his undersuit on, he must of gotten changed in here, but it wasn't done up and the part that cover his top half was hanging at his waist, revealing a very chiseled body, I put my clothes in the bag,

"can you help do this up please" he asked

"sure" I said walking over, I stopped in front of him, trying not to stare at his uncovered chest,

"what do I do?" I asked

"hold on" he said fixing up his bandana, but I couldn't help it, I put my hands on his chest, tracing  them down his abs and onto his six pack, before removing them and looked up to him staring down at me smiling,

"what"

"pretty nice right" he joked I shook my head trying to hide my grin before lightly shoving his shoulder and walking over to the bed "hey you going to help"

"nope" I said popping the p

"alright guess im going to have to sleep like this" he said with his chest still revealed walking over and laying down next to me, I guess I kinda saw that as a win

"you put it on yesterday and every other time, why can't you today" I smirked

"arms are sore" he said very unconvincingly

"right" I said turning over and facing away from him

"hey come here" he said but I didnt move "alright have it your way" he said turning the light off and scooting  over and spooning me, it was nice I felt his warm body holding me, I turned over and buried my head in his chest, we entangled our legs together and he wrapped his arms around me pulling me closer.

"Goodnight" I said moving my hands around his back

"Goodnight, I love you" he said

"I love you too"

I woke up on hunters warm chest with his arms laying on me, His chest still uncovered and I couldn't help but stare, he moved slightly
