The colosseum was set up so that the spectators would not be affected by the challengers' fight, but they couldn't move, and the challengers couldn't hear them. Not only that, the spectators could hear the challengers' words, even if it was a whisper, and they could see through any subterfuge, such as smoke or leaves, to name a few.
Soon, the Arcs and Arcanes appeared in the arena, both parties surprised by their new surroundings. In seconds, a bracelet appeared on each of their wrists.
Soon, a horn appeared in Jack's right hand.

"Arcs! Arcanes!" Jack shouted, earning the attention of the fighters.
"Welcome to the Ragnarok Colloseum!"
"Today, I give you a chance to fight to protect your loved ones!"
The Arcs and Arcanes nodded in understanding.
Soon, Pandora's grimoire appeared in his left hand.
"This book holds untold power! A fraction is enough power to get rid of the entire Arc Clan!"
Viktoria, Olympe, and Maki didn't like that idea.
Pandora wanted her book back but had to be patient.
"If the Arcs win, the banishing will not happen!"
"But if the Arcanes win, I'll give the book back to them, and the banishing can commence!"
Both parties nodded to the conditions.
Most of the Arcs felt fear of the outcome if the Arcanes won.
The other guests wondered just how powerful Jaune's children were.
The mothers hoped their daughters would be alright.
