The screen opens to Beacon Academy. One would expect to hear various noises. From the surrounding wildlife to the chatting students.
However, there is nothing like that at the moment.
Only silence.
The screen changes to show Jaune and Toguro facing toward each other.
While Jaune is wearing his usual attire, Toguro is wearing an olive green trenchcoat, dark gray pants, and black shoes. His most notable accessory is his sharp black sunglasses.
Both are unarmed.
Jaune and Toguro keep staring at each other.
They knew this day would come. The day where one of them would die.
That had many of the audience in dread.
"So, who do you think going to win?" Qrow asked.
"Hard to say. We saw how strong Toguro was at 80%. I'm afraid what 100% is like," James said shaking a little.
"No audience?" Toguro asked.
"Knowing what you can do, I believed the spectators wouldn't have a chance to 'enjoy' the fight," Jaune said.
Toguro smiles at his apprentice's thinking.
"You know I was hoping you'd make the day of this fight the day I graduated from Beacon," Jaune said.
"Well, we don't always get what we want," Toguro said.
Jaune nods his head in agreement.
Many of the audience voiced their agreement as well.
"I have a question," Jaune said.
"Ask away," Toguro said.
"Are there any more dark aura users?" Jaune asked.
"No. I killed them all," Toguro said.
That gave many of the audience a sigh of relief.
"That makes you the last one, huh?" Jaune asked.
Toguro nods in agreement.
"To take them on all by yourself. Heh, they never had a chance," Jaune said chuckling.
"Hmph. I know you'd take care of them if I hadn't," Toguro said.
Jaune smirks at his sensei's confidence in him.
"Jaune would take care of those dark aura users by himself?" Sun asked in fear.
"That's insane," Neptune said.
"I don't want to fight someone like Zabuza," Sage said.
"I've seen you fight. I know you're holding back," Toguro said.
Jaune smiles even more. Nothing escaped his sensei's eyes.
"He's still holding back?!" Yang shouted in disbelief.
"He has his reasons," Ozpin said.
"Correct, If you use your full power without self-control or any knowledge, you could destroy others, as well as yourself," Theodore said.
"Not to mention you need an ace up your sleeve if things go wrong," Qrow said.
"I believe you are strong Jaune. Strong enough to push me to my absolute limits," Toguro said.
Jaune's smile begins to fade.
"Just know, you shouldn't be holding back against me," Toguro said.
