Silence.

My business teacher looked down at the ground in embarrassment. All the other students, immediately, looked away from me. The teacher cleared his throat.

"My apologies, Ms La Cartier", he said, no longer meeting my eyes.

"It's Kristine."

"You're lucky I wasn't there", Tamara said.

I chuckled and shooked my head.

"You need a factory", Sophia said.

"Yes, that first. Then, I can open another base", I said.

"You have enough?", Tamara asked.

"Of course", I said with a grin.

Nobody will ever believe, where we get our money. It's only understandable people believed I used my family's money to build my business. I used my own money to start the business and build it up.

"Anyways." Sophia laid down on my window bench. "How was last night?"

"It was . . good." I smiled.

Tamara smirked and I mentally cursed. "Just good? No tongue? Or you know . . " She did a significant hand gesture and I threw a pillow at her face.

"No." I gave a tight smile and Sophia laughed.

"Come on, give some details. Where did he take you?", Tamara pushed.

"I would give the details, but I have to get ready", I said while walking towards my closet.

"I wonder who's next", Sophia muttered.

"Who's next for what?", Tamara asked.

"To ask our sister out. They wouldn't just ask her out once. Charles hasn't asked her yet."

"Don't be too confident", I spoke from the closet.

"Just saying", she giggled.

"What time are you leaving?", Tamara asked.

"I'm leaving the academy by 6:00 pm."

"When will you be back?", Sophia asked.

"Sunday night."

"Oh wait I forgot, have you both planned your gowns for the ball?" Sophia sat up at the realisation.

"No", Tamara and I answered at the same time.

"We're doomed."

"We still have like one month right?" Tamara furrowed her eyebrows.

"That's not enough time!", Sophia complained.

"Relax. I can stop by your boutique in Paris ", I said while stepping out of the closet.

"You're going back to Paris?", Sophia questioned.

"Yes, for ANGELIX purposes", I answered and the two nodded. "Also, haven't you realised papa hasn't assigned me any more tasks?" There was a time I called my father 'papa' all the time, but I don't know why I barely do now.

Tamara stayed silent and Sophia gave me an unsure look.

My eyebrows furrowed.

"Alright, go take a shower and get changed", Sophia ordered and I nodded.
