“Hey look” Jack said. He pointed up at the moon. “So many stars” I said. We sat there looking at the night sky for a little longer. “We should probably get going Jack” I said. He nodded in agreement. 

Both of us eventually stood up and we began walking to his car. I dont think either of us wanted to leave. We got into the car and Jack started it. I looked out the window for a little bit but I turned back towards Jack. I looked at him. First his eyes. Looking at the shape and the color. His nose and lips. I looked at his hair and his broad shoulders. I couldnt take my eyes off him. Hoping he didnt notice my staring I turned back to face the window. After looking out I began to feel tired and leaned over. 

“Hey y/n were back” Jack whispered. I looked back at him. “Come on” He said. He walked over to the other side of the car and opened the door. I stepped out and we walked over to the door. “Thank you Jack. I had a great time” I said with a yawn. He smiled. “Of course” He said.

He hugged me and I hugged him right back and we stood there for a bit. Just standing there. His arms were wrapped around my shoulders and mine were wrapped around his waist. Since we were out on my porch we could hear my house phone ring. We pulled back and he looked at me. I looked at the door and back at him. The phone rang out and I opened the door. We said our goodbyes and I walked in. I watched him walk back into his car and leave. Right then was when I realized this
