Parakeet. Chirp chirp.
So, funny story, I drew this at a Chinese buffet after my grandma said she knew someone with a parakeet that loved to mess with everyone by mimicking everyone's voices and stuff. So I decided to practice drawing a bird by seeing if it was possible for a beak-type mouth to make the 0w0 face. Let me know if I made it work.
