"I like it mommy."

"When I used to be a little kid like you, this used to be my room."

"Your room?"

"Yupp."

"Where is daddy?"

"He's not here."

"Why is he not here?" There go kids with their thousands of questions... Taylor breathes out holding Joy's shoulders.

"What do you want for breakfast?"

"Pancakes," She squeals being excited.

"Okay let's get you freshened up first."

When Joy is finally ready, Taylor takes her downstairs to have the breakfast with her family. "Good morning," She speaks up trying to sound excited and goes to the kitchen to see what her mother is making.

"Morning Sweetie," Andrea smiles back. She is still confused about why Taylor showed up like that last night. She needs to call Elizabeth soon. Their plan is not going in the way they would want to.

While talking to her mother, Taylor's phone starts ringing again. Why so many calls today? She frowns seeing the callers id. It's Patrick. She sighs and picks it up.

"Hello?"

"Hey Taylor. Is Joe there? Mom and I have been trying to call him since last night but he isn’t picking up the phone," He sounds tensed, "Can you please give the phone to him?"

"Wait a minute," She looks at Andrea, "Mom I'll be upstairs, stay with Joy," She tells her before leaving the room.

"Hey are you there?" Patrick's voice make her nervous.

"Sorry Pat I needed to do something," She talks to him while locking the door, "I'm sorry I can't give the phone to him right now. I'm not at home."

"Where are you then?" He frowns.

"Mom's house."

"But why? I thought you guys were hanging out with friends last night?"

"He kissed Melissa," She mutters without any hesitation.

"WHAT? ARE YOU SURE?"

"I've seen the picture," She sighs.

"No no. I don’t think it's possible. He doesn’t even like Melissa."

"How do you know?"

"Because he told me yesterday and we were making fun of her on purpose...He finds her annoying man."

"Well in that case he was flirting with her last night. I don’t know what caused him change his mind."

"Taylor are you alone?" Patrick whispers.

"Yes, why?"

"Put on the facetime. I want to tell you something."

"Wait."

"Hey bestie," He smiles at her. She smiles back hearing the name again.

"Hi," She faints a smile too.

"Do you remember when I wanted to tell you something about Karlie?"

"I do," She nods, "The reason why you were mad at me for so long."

"I was stupid," He sighs.

"But what happened actually?"

"So that day when I met Karlie at the shop, she showed me something inappropriate. There was a picture of you and Adam kissing, I'm sure it's not from when you guys were in a relationship because I could see your engagement ring clearly and...I thought you were cheating on my brother," He looks down.
