Jeonghan was standing with his arms resting on the boundary of the roof, staring far in the distance. But without a bottle of beer this time. The wind was so fast and loud that Jeonghan couldn't hear footsteps coming behind him. Wordlessly, Joshua goes closer and stands beside him. Sensing someone's presence Jeonghan turns his head to his left. His pupils get wider in surprise but he doesn't react shocked as if he already knew that Joshua will come today.

"Hi," says Joshua smiling

"Hi," Jeonghan smiles back calmly although his heart was slamming against his chest so loudly as if he just came from a hard-core cardio training.

They stand in silence, next to each other, enjoying the cool atmosphere. Joshua had come unprepared, without a speech or something. Just a thought to see him came to his mind and he impulsively decided to come here, not knowing what to say.

"I-"

"I-"

Both start simultaneously.

"You go first,"

"You go first"

They again overlap with sentences. A chuckle leaves from both of their mouths. "Ok, after you," says Joshua

"Oh, um, I was saying," Jeonghan speaks, "I told my friends... about us."

"Us?"

"I- I mean... I told them that I... I was wrong and you never had any bad intentions towards them. I cleared every misunderstanding I had."

"Oh, uh, th-thank you, it means a lot."

"Don't thank me, please. It was something I never should have done... to you. I... I'm really sorry again." Jeonghan says with a pang of guilt in his voice.

"Hey, it's all good. I'm not angry anymore." Joshua assures

"Uh, you were saying something too," Jeonghan reminds

"Oh, right, um..." He trails off, averting his gaze to a tree swaying back and forth in the garden. He doesn't say anything after that and Jeonghan waits for him. Words. Are so hard to find when there is so much to say. Joshua thinks of something, not sure if it's a reliable idea or not. "Can you...close your eyes?" He asks

"Huh?" Jeonghan says, a little confused. It reminds him of the same technique he used the other day.

Joshua says in his soft voice, "Trust me,"

Counting on him, Jeonghan shuts his eyes. Shortly after, he feels a soft pair of lips on his own. A shiver runs down his spine, his breath gets stuck in his throat. It took a moment for him to realize that Joshua was kissing him. He was kissing him for real, and not in a dream or an illusion. It was so... so gentle and delicate and warm and soft and sweet, just.....too perfect. Only a mere touch of lips and nothing more. But it was able to send a warm tingling sensation in both of their stomachs. Their hearts beating louder, but together in a rhythm. Jeonghan remembers this touch, it's still the same as when he kissed him the first time. He doesn't dare to open his eyes, afraid he'll lose this feeling and it'll turn out he's dreaming. This small contact of lips said everything to him that words couldn't ever have. Sometimes actions speak louder and clearer than words.
