                             Back at the party.

Everyone is having fun.

Kodi is drunk. Ava walks over to him.

Ava: Are you ok Kid, looks like you got into the punch.

Kodi: Get off me ass-muncher, Lois, Lois, kidnapped by Lex Luthor again, up, up, and away.

Kodi throws his fists in the air and runs away.

Isabella comes back downstairs. She sees Jesse and Katrina talking. She walks over to them.

Isabella: Jesse, I think we should call it a night.

Jesse: Naw! We are having too much fun, Turn Up!

Everyone: Turn up!

Isabella: Really Jesse, mom is going to be home any minute.

Jesse: Chill Izzy, mom is probably getting it in with Mr. James right now.

                             Movies.

Vanessa: This movie is kinda long, don’t you think?

James: Not at all, this perfect.

Vanessa: I’m sorry but I have to go, my kids are at home and I think I should check in on them.

James: All right, let me take you home.

They leave the theatre.

                             Back at the party.

Isabella and Jesse are arguing when Ava walks over.

Ava: Guys?

Isabella & Jesse: What?!

Ava points to Kodi talking to DJ. He walks over to the Mic.

Kodi: Hey, Hey, Hey, Hey, is everyone having fun?

Everyone cheers.

Kevin walks over with his posse.

Kevin: Look at this mark bro!

Kodi: Shhhh! Is everybody quiet?

Jesse and the gang look to see Kodi on the stage.

Kodi: Do you guys want me to sing?

Everyone cheers.

Jesse: Is he drunk?

Ava: Butt drunk.

Isabella: He’s out of there.

Jesse: Mom’s going to kill us.

Kodi sings “Everybody Talks”.

The whole gang is stunned to learn that Kodi can sing.

Kevin’s face falls when he hears that Kodi can sing.

Kodi jumps off the stage at the end of the performance.

Jeremiah and Aiden pick him up and carry him to the couch. Kodi tries to get out of their grasp.

Kodi: Let go of me! I’m fine; I got to get some more fruit punch that Kevin gave me.

Jesse: Kevin Jones, from school, gave you fruit punch?

Kodi whispers to Jesse.

Kodi: Yes and he put something special in it.

Jesse: What?

Kodi: Vodka.

Kodi starts to giggle.

Jesse is furious. He walks over to Kevin.

Jesse: Did you give my little brother alcohol?

Kevin: Calm down Mary Poppins, it was only vodka, he’s fine.

Jesse: You think that’s funny, man get out of my house.

Kevin: I ain’t going anywhere.

Jesse cocks back and punches him.

Kodi stands on the couch and screams “It’s peanut butter, jelly time”.

The DJ starts to play the peanut butter jelly song.

It’s the choir vs. Kevin’s friends. It is an all out brawl, everyone is fighting. The police are called.

                             In the car.

Vanessa and James are talking when she gets a call from Pam.

Vanessa: Hey girl! At my house…you’re joking…. Right now!

James looks guilty.

Vanessa: I’m sorry but we have to go, there was some party and a fight broke out, the police are there.

They race home.
