• Chapter seven •

I changed into some off white pants with a plain white shirt. On top, I wore one of my fluffy purple and white fleece. It was so cute, I even had a matching head band. I fixed my hair before leaving my room.

"Ready?" My mum asked as she grabbed the car keys. I nodded and followed her out.

"Who was this friend again? How come I don't know her?" I asked as I put my seatbelt on. "She's an old friend. When you and her older son were babies we used to hang out and watch you two play. Well not literally, you were probably six months old?" She explained.

"Ahh." I nodded. So I knew this kid since I was six months.

"We're here." My mum announced. I took my seat belt off and admired the house in front of me. It was cute. I got out the car after my mum so she could ring the door bell. Apparently, she was a single mother. Must be hard raising kids alone.

The door suddenly opened and a beautiful woman welcomed us. I raised my brows. This woman has two kids? She looks like she could be in high school.

"Mei, you've grown so beautifully." She smiled. I gave her a bow in respect.

"Come in, I want you to meet suho. "

I took my shoes off and followed her in the house.

"Suho." She sang as we walked into the living room. My eyes widened when I saw him.

"Awhh. He's adorable!" I couldn't help but gawk at him. He looked so precious with his dark brown hair and big brown eyes.

"He's a cutie isn't he?" She said and placed a kiss on his head.

"Your mother and I will be back soon. He doesn't need to eat anything nor shower unless he pukes. You just need to watch him." She explained.

"Oh, and if you need anything just ask jungkook." She continued.

I paused.

"Jungkook?" I repeated.

She nodded. "My older son. How rude. Let me go call him." She said and walked past me. I stood there frozen. I swear to God, please don't be-

"This is Mei. She is going to be helping you with suho." His mum said from behind me.

I turned around to see her standing next to jungkook.

And yes, THE Jeon Jungkook.

Dammit mum, why didn't you tell me it was the Jeon family.

I clenched my fist behind my back and gave him a fake smile.

"I don't need help. I can look after suho myself." He said not breaking eye contact with me.

"Jungkook. Please" his mother begged.

"Whatever." He mumbled before leaving the room. His mum gave me an apologetic smile before leaving. I let out a sigh and turned to suho.

A smile appeared on my face as I kneeled down to him on the pillow.

"Helloww babbyy." I said as I brushed my finger over his nose. He let out a giggle and lifted his face, as he stared up at me

"Aren't you a cute baby."

I ran my fingers through his silky hair. I can't believe this angel was related to that... That monster!

I wrapped the blanket around him and placed him on my lap. I was sitting on the floor with him so I crossed my legs.

"My name is Mei." I said as I tilted my head at him. He suddenly raised his hand and brushed his fingers over my chin. I grabbed his tiny hand and pretended to eat it. He let out a squeal and placed his hand on my lips.

"Cutie" I whispered.

"Don't turn out like your brother okay? Be a nice person and stay cute." I told him but he just made baby noises in response. I brushed my fingers against his forehead causing his eyes to slowly close. I placed his head on my chest and put my hand on the back of his head.

This was so cute! I wanted to be a mum already!

I leaned my back against the couch and let him sleep in my arms.

After about twenty minutes, I held him tightly and slowly stood up. I turned around and gently placed him down on the couch and covered him with his blanket.

I suddenly looked up and saw jungkook leaning against the door frame watching me.

"You can leave now." He ordered.
