Part 27

   Midoriya took Todoroki to his room. There was some anxiety about the whole thing. Mostly about how his room might be ugly or too messy, but he thoroughly cleaned it before Todoroki got here. So, there shouldn't be any problems.
   When Todoroki walked in, he really had to hold back a scream. Instead, he took in a deep breath and exhaled heavily. Midoriya wasn't sure what to think of this. He was just hoping this was a good thing instead of a bad one. Todoroki didn't even notice Midoriya's slight distress. Instead, he was too focused on the room in front of him. He went to take a seat on the bed lightly and placed his hands beside him. Spreading them and feeling the blanket under him, he couldn't help but wonder how many times Midoriya had slept on this bed. He blushed slightly and jumped up immediately as he realized he hadn't asked to sit down.
"I apologize. I didn't ask to sit down." Midoriya's eyes widened. He quickly shook his head as he started to wave his hands in front of him.
"No, no! It's alright. You're allowed to take a seat, if you'd like." Midoriya took a seat on the bed a bit farther from the spot that Todoroki was sitting. It seems as though that Todoroki didn't get the hint that Midoriya didn't want to sit next to him though, since he sat down right beside him.
"Thank you.... I'm glad we can spend some time together." Midoriya blushed from how close Todoroki was and quickly nodded his head as he looked down at his hands. Shoto couldn't help but find it adorable, how nervous and frantic Midoriya got, that is.
"Y-yeah! Me too. Why... why did yo-you want to hang out a-again..?" Midoriya glanced up at Todoroki again before quickly looking back down at his hands. This was when Todoroki remembered why he was there, to check up on Midoriya. He had seen how upset he was after sending the video to everyone. Shoto had forgotten to think of how Midoriya would feel.
"I wanted to check on you. You seemed pretty distraught during lunch." Todoroki leaned back on both his hands as he looked over at Midoriya. Who was still hunched over playing with his fingers. Though, he straightened up when Todoroki said he was checking up on him. He also had a huge blush on his face. There was some kind of disbelief going through him as Todoroki said he was there to check up on him. It made his heart skip a beat. To think that someone cared enough to come over to his house and see him. He had to cover his face to hide his blush.
"O-oh. I... I'm fine. I just d-didnt expect that v-video to come out." Midoriya spoke through his hands, so it came out muffled. Thankfully, Todoroki understood what he was saying. Though, he wanted to be able to see Midoriya's face. He never wanted Midoriya to cover his face up in front of him. It was too much of a waste of beauty.
"What are you doing..?" Todoroki sat up and brought his hands up to Midoriya's face. He pulled Midoriya's hands away from his face. This way, Midoriya was looking straight at Todoroki and him at Midoriya. Midoriya got even more flustered and got his words all mixed up as he tried to answer. In the end, he ended up just looking down at the ground, giving up on trying to answer.
"Can I see your eyes, just for a little longer?" Todoroki held his hand onto Midoriya's cheek and held it up to his face. Midoriya glanced back up at Todoroki. He managed to hold his gaze much longer now. When Midoriya looked at other people, their gaze looked almost predatory or challenging. Todoroki's was soft and accepting. There was no reason that Midoriya had to look away.
It felt as though they sat there staring at each other for hours. In Midoriya's mind, he would if he could. Though, that was all ruined when a certain blonde came crashing through the door.
"HEY LITTLE LISTEN-" Yamada's eyes were closed at first when he walked in, but when he opened them he saw Midoriya and Todoroki. Midoriya had quickly jumped back away from Todoroki and onto the ground. Todoroki had a death stare at the door, meant for whoever had ruined the moment that was going on between the two. Midoriya looked up at Yamada who was covering a cheeky smile on his face with his hand. Midoriya looked flustered to see that someone had walked in on them. It was a pretty personal moment going on between the two.
"Oh....I see what's going on here." Midoriya quickly jumped up from the ground and dusted himself off. He looked from Todoroki to Yamada as he tried to catch his breath. He ran a hand through his hair and sighed. "Th-there's nothing going on. What do you want?" He glared at Yamada slightly. He was kinda annoyed that this moment was ruined by the loud blonde.
"We have a visitor, but I guess we have two visitors now. Also, it's dinner time." Yamada gave Midoriya a wink then walked out of the room. Midoriya rolled his eyes and held his head in his hand. Once Yamada was out of the room, he looked back over at Todoroki. He looked down at the ground with a small blush on his face.
"I'm sorry we got interrupted." Midoriya rubbed the side of his arm as he apologized. Though, Todoroki didn't understand why he was apologizing.
"It's not your fault. They should've knocked. Plus, I had plenty of time to look at your eyes before they came in. Should we go out to eat now or what?" Todoroki have Midoriya a small smile, which reassured him. Midoriya nodded and smiled a little as well.

They both walked out to the dining room and saw everyone sitting at the dining table except for Eri. She was at a friends house for the night. There was also another guest at the table. Someone Midoriya unfortunately knew. Another annoying blonde.
