Zen's POV

I stared him for minutes, at parehas kaming hindi umiiwas o kumukurap. It's like a freaking staring contest.

"If I tell you that I also don't know, will you believe me?" I asked

"If that's what you say, yes" he answered seriously

"I don't know if I'm a double user or not. But for me, it's a curse" sabi ko at sumandal sa may puno na nasa likuran namin

"Why?"

"I can't control my powers yet" I said honestly

"Powers? How many power do you have exactly?"

Lumingon ako sakaniya at hindi ininda ang lapit ng mukha namin. Nakita ko siyang napalunok

"Can I trust you?"

"Of course" mahinang sagot niya

"I can control the four main elements" sagot ko at umayos na ng upo

"H-How... how is that even possible?" kunot noo niyang tanong

"Well, I'm here so it's possible. I'm a living proof" sabi ko pero mukhang ayaw niyang maniwala kaya huminga ako ng malalim "Earth" mahinang sabi ko at may bulaklak na tumubo sa kamay ko "Air" mahina ko ulit na sabi at lumutang naman ako ng kaunti "Fire" may lumabas na fire ball sa kabilang palad ko "And Water" may nabuong water ball sa uluhan ko pero agad akong nanghina ng ginawa ko iyon kaya nalaglag ako at napabuhos sa ulo ko yung tubig.

"Are you okay? What's wrong? Mas masakit ba sayo?" agad niyang tanong at hinawakan magkaparehas na balikat ko

"I-I still can't use the Water element properly. Tulad sa nakita mo kanina ay kaunti at saglit na pagpapalabas ko palang ng tubig ay napapagod na ako" paliwanag ko

"But how can you control the four main elements?" he asked

"I don't know Ethan. I don't know okay?" medyo irita na sabi ko dahil kahit ako ay gustong gusto ko ng malaman iyon

"You want to go to clinic?" he asked pero umiling nalang ako

"I just want to rest"

Ethan's POV

"I just want to rest" sabi niya at natigilan ako ng bigla siyang sumandal sa dibdib ko

Napayakap ao ng kaunti sakaniya dahil doon. My heart is staring to beat so freaking fast again.

"Calm your heart. I want to rest, I won't rape you" mahinang sabi niya at halata ang pagod sa boses niya

Stupid! How can I calm this god damn heart of your laying your head on my chest!?

Ilang sandali lang ay naramdaman ko ang pag bigat ng hininga niya kaya mukhang nakatulog ata ang babaeng ito.

Dahan dahan kong inalis ang pagkakasandal niya at hiniga ang uluhan niya sa lap ko para hindi siya mangalay. I gently brush her soft and a little wet hair using my hand while staring at her face.

I still can't believe that this girl laying on my lap can manipulate the four main elements. Like the heck? Who exactly is this girl? But even though she's a mystery to me, why do I feel like she's the only one who I can trust the most? Like, even if I betrayed her, she still won't reveal my secrets.

"You're the most beautiful maze I've ever met so far" then I just realized myself smiling
