"Beg me not to take you in front of all these fucking people," he whispered, tightening his grip around her neck.
Her breath hitched, unable to say anything to him. She felt his fingers dance their way up to her thigh before trickling towards the yo...

Evangeline woke up as she heard the yelling grow louder. Stretching her arms out, she rolled out of bed, rubbing her eyes gently as she went to investigate the noise. Hesitantly, she opened the bedroom door and walked downstairs where she could see Leonardo pacing around the living room, in a t-shirt and jeans. She stood there curiously, taking in the words he yelled into the phone, "What the fuck did I just say?" he yelled, slamming his fist on the hood of the piano, creating a small dent, "You are not, and I repeat not, going to fucking come here today. I don't want your fucking ass near me," he seethed into the phone, before plopping down onto the velvet sofa.
"D-daddy..?" Evangeline whispered, walking closer towards the frustrated man. Leonardo looked down, his eyes softening as he signaled Evangeline to sit on his lap. She curled up in his embrace and warmed up to his comfortable body. "Did you sleep good, love?" he whispered lowly into her ears, playing with her soft hair while she mumbled a quick yes. Slowly, Evangeline steadied herself on his lap, sitting up so she could look at his face.
"Um, daddy, who were you yelling at?" she questioned, tilting her head to the side. Leonardo leaned back into the sofa, closing his eyes, "No one, baby. Just some stupid shit," he responded, lifting her small body off him. A small frown formed on her lips and she crossed her arms much to Leonardo's entertainment. "What?" he raised an eyebrow at her stern posture. Eva pouted, "I need to go to school!" she bubbled, grabbing a pillow and throwing it at him, only for him to catch it and stand up.
He towered over her, and she cowered down in response, intimidated and small. Leonardo chuckled, stepping back saying, "You're cute when you're scared," he continued, "And no, no, you don't. We're going shopping, darling."
"Shopping for w-what?"
"Clothes and shit, anything. You're going to be staying with me, love," he hummed, turning away to one of the bathrooms before continuing, "I laid some clothes for you in the other bedroom, figured your style." Evangeline stood there shocked, her jaw on the floor yet Leonardo was already gone before she could throw a fit. The young girl stomped into the bedroom, her cat-like eyes scanning the room that was at least 4 times bigger than her dorm room.
Hanging on the stand laid undergarments, a tank top and a pastel blue skirt with frilly socks. She excitedly slid off the clothes from the hanger, admiring the simple yet cute outfit. After putting on the clothes, she ruffled her hands through her hair, thinking how good a little white ribbon would look with this set of clothes.
She scavenged around the room, deeply annoyed as nearly all of the little decorations and furniture was solid white. However, a little pop of color caught her attention and Eva looked up at the wall to see a framed photo of a gorgeous woman in a red, off-shoulder dress. She then turned around to see the other photo, her eyebrows furrowed and lips frowned as this time Leonardo was also in it. His long, slender arms were wrapped around her waist as they smiled lovingly into the camera.
Confused, she shook off the jealous thoughts lingering in her mind and continued searching for any piece of hair accessory. Resorting to her last idea, she dropped to the carpet floor and looked under the bed, seeing a white box and she eagerly pulled it to her. Her eyes loitered to the tag at the side, reading the words, "A gift to L, from Leo," in rough handwriting.
Evangeline's senses rushed back to her body once she realized that what she was doing, was wrong. Not wanting to scare herself, she turned the box around and peeked through the hole to see red material.
Suddenly, the nosey girl could hear footsteps coming towards the room and she instantly pushed the box back under the bed and got off her knees. "Darling? Are you ready?" Leonardo called out, stepping into the room. She nodded, sheepishly walking towards him, her mind racing with questions.
They walked out of the mall, Evangeline skipping behind Leonardo, cheerfully having small talk with his bodyguard, Diego who was also carrying most of their bags. Diego knew that Evangeline was one of the girls from the school Leonardo was presenting at and was utterly confused yet did not speak a word to him.
As he should.
They settled down in the car, and that's when Evangeline finally noticed that her phone wasn't with her. She frantically looked around, patting down and up her body and turned to Leo, her eyes wide, "D-daddy! Where's my phone?!" she whisper-yelled to him, who was busy counting away how many lollipops Evangeline had bought. "Fucking 87 lo- Oh, don't worry sweetheart. It's at home," he replied, still shocked at the amount of sugar in the bag.
Evangeline nuzzled into his arm, "Which home?" Leonardo pulled her onto his lap, "Our home, baby," he whispered, unwrapping a lollipop and shoving it aggressively into her mouth.
Impatiently, the hyper girl grabbed the bags from Diego and ran into the open space living room, receiving an eye roll from Leonardo and a chuckle from the bodyguard. The two men disappeared into the casino room, leaving Eva to herself.
She noticed the bag that Leonardo had protected and made an effort to hide away from her so she convinced herself to see what was inside. She pulled out some sort of clear bottle, with the words "Coconut Brandy," etched onto the cold bottle. Reluctantly, she banged the cap against the glass table, quietly struggling to open the bottle.
After 5 minutes, she finally opened the bottle, her mindset on just wanting to taste the unknown liquid inside. Her head traveled to her sides to make sure no one, Leonardo, was in the room and when the coast was clear, she stuck out her tongue and licked the rim of the bottle. Not satisfied with the vague test, she sighed and took a little, a tiny sip from the bottle. The liquid burnt and tingled her throat as it traveled down her body, and she gagged at the weird taste.
She took another sip, finding the sensation at the back of her throat strange yet interesting. Around 10 minutes had passed and Diego was walking towards the penthouse elevator when he noticed the half-drunk girl, chugging down more alcohol into her system. Evangeline froze as she heard Diego yell out to Leonardo, his voice slightly shaken with laughter while he made his way into the elevator.
Leonardo groaned as he walked into the living room, "What happened?" he asked and Diego pointed towards the sofa just before the elevator doors closed in front of him. The businessman rushed over, peering over the sofa and groaned, again. "Evangeline..." he sighed, running a sweaty hand through his messed-up hair.
Evangeline's eyes lit up, her brain confused yet she could hear clearly. "Yes, sofa?" she dragged, amazed at the talking furniture. Leonardo smacked his palm against his forehead, realizing what he had to deal with, "Evangeline." He yelled now, her brown Bambi eyes snapped up to be met with dark, hard ones.
"How much did you fucking drink..." he whispered to himself, noticing the half-empty Brandy bottle in her hand. He was about to yell at her when the elevator dinged and Leonardo turned around to see who it was.
"Lorene."
