ALEX POV
"Fuck you!" She shouted at me. Her eyes were crying but I couldn't comfort her. I clutched the wedding photo. It was the only photo left that she hasn't burned yet. I got to find the photographer, maybe he still has our wedding photos.
"Can you not scream?" I politely asked.
"I can't believe you Alex its been what? 2 years or so? And you still can't get over your damn wife." Trinity huffed. She was blinking back tears. I couldn't look at her in the eyes.
"She's already dead for years and you're still mourning her. She's not going to rise from the dead. I'm your freaking girlfriend and did I ever question you over the years? But I'm sick of trying to be her. I'm sick of this setup. I can't do this anymore."
"Trinity wait."
"No. I'm sorry but I don't deserve the love you have for her. You can't pretend that I'm her." She said and went outside with her suitcase.
Silence followed after she left. Another woman out of my life I guess. I looked at the wedding photo. It was me and her. We looked so happy. Where did it go wrong? Mon amour. I miss you.
