After about 2 hours in my room, I notice everybody is awake. I open my door and walk into the dining room where my parents, Haymitch, and Shark are eating. I take a seat next to Shark. "Morning," I say, not really to anyone in particular. They all respond at different times, "Good morning."

I look over at Shark, studying him. I have only seen him twice. At the reaping and shortly on the train. He has short, dark hair and tan skin. And dark eyes. Really dark eyes. They are practically black. His family is obviously not originally from the Seam, where they have grey eyes, like me.

Canyon speaks up "We will be arriving in the Capitol in 30 minutes. So make sure you are ready," she says. "Okay," I say. And I walk off I the window of the train, waiting until we arrive in the Capitol.
