The next day, I woke up with a smile on my face, remembering the dream I had about Harry.

I walked into the kitchen finding 2 notes.

I went down to the grocery store, we were running out of food, well, out of chocolate, if you need anything just gimme a call :)

Morning sleepy head!

Cotton on have a sale on today! I needed to get down there early, if I see anything cute for you ill grab it :) I should be back in the afternoon

Em    ex oh ex oh – gossip girl

God she was such a shopaholic, she had so many clothes, but I get to steal them so its not all bad. And bloody Rach with her chocolate, I swear she would die without it, one of the reasons I love her.

I then realised I had the house to myself, being the rebel I am I turned the music right up and cleaned up, which didn’t take long at all considering we were all pretty tidy girls. I slipped into my favourite bikini – different shades of purple patterned in a snake skin with orange white and yellow through bits (looks better than it sounds), grabbed my headphones, phone and lay out on the banana lounge, considering it was 10am it was pretty warm , today was going to be 40 degrees which is unheard of here, usually 30 is the highest, but I didn’t mind at all I love summer – the warmth, tanning, beach, endless nights – best time of the year.

I felt my phone buzz but was so relaxed I couldn’t be bothered answering it, after a few minutes I drifted off to sleep

……..

‘Maddie, wake up’ I looked up but could only see the silhouette of someone from the sun being directly behind them.

‘umm hi, I can’t see you..’ I mumbled squinting towards them, they moved and I instantly recognised the mop on their head

‘Harry?! What are you doing here?’

‘I tried calling, but you didn’t answer so I came over instead..’ he seemed shy which was so unlike him

I picked up my phone which had stopping playing and checked the screen

5 missed calls from Harry

6 text messaged from Harry

Whoops…

‘you wanna get outta the sun? You’re looking a bit red..’ he mumbled while looking at the ground

I looked down at my body, whoops I wasn’t burnt but it was bloody close, I either don’t burn or peel like crazy, thanks to my olive skin.

‘so why did you come over and call and text me?’ I was curious to know what was so desperate to see me that bad.

‘I was wondering if you wanted to do something today, you know, if you wanted..’ he finally looked up at me

He did all that to hang out?

‘sure, lemme get ready, wanna come in?’

He sat down on the couch as I got changed, considering it was a boiling day I left my bikini on, I was certain we would head to the beach and some stage, I out my light denim short shorts on and my white top that had the shoulders cut out and flowed down to my belly button, getting longer at the back, I didn’t even want to know what my hair looked like. I grabbed my wallet and phone, chucked on my blue thongs (or flip flops) and headed out to Harry.

‘so what are we gonna do?’

‘well I was thinking of taking you out for the whole day’

‘yea.. I know’ why was he stating the obvious?

‘on a date’ he looked in my eyes while he said this

‘I would love to’ I smiled shyly as he grabbed my hand and we walked out of the cabin

He opened the door as I slid into his car as we drove off to.. well on our date
