weeks past and it was a week before graduation y/n and ian hung out they talked about how they've been doing but when ian heard y/n had a boyfriend he got upset and left and he hasn't talked to her since but she didn't mind but today they were in fourth block and kobe was sitting next to y/n showing her pictures of his "dog" when it was really just pictures of them while kristen looked as well until they heard ian yell and they looked up with the rest of the class and saw ian hugging some guy

Kobe: who is this
Ian: oh sorry teacher this is my best friend derek he was supposed to move down here weeks ago but his flight kept getting pushed back
Kobe: ok and is he in this class
Derek: no sir i finished school in my hometown i just came here to surprise my boy is it ok if i stay
Kobe: yea that's fine but kept the noise to a minimum
Derek: will do

derek smiled at kobe shaking his head then him and ian went back to talking and y/n looked at kobe and started whispering

Y: you like keep the noise to a minimum face ass
Kobe: well i still gotta act like a teacher
Y: baby you're lucky you're cute
Kobe: and you're lucky i like you so much
Y: ugh if i could kiss you i would
Kobe: who said you can't
Y: we still have a week until i graduate
Kobe: and

y/n ducked her head down and kobe did too and she kissed him so he kissed her back then they lifted their heads back up looking around seeing no one noticed then they looked at each other and laughed

Kobe: see told you
Y: so you don't care anymore
Kobe: nope
Y: ok

the class went on and everyone was just talking and playing then after school kobe and y/n went to a park sitting around and talking and playing games then sunny walked up to them and y/n rolled her eyes

Sunny: hey kobe
Kobe: hey sunny
Sunny: so wha- oh who are you
Y: i'm y/n
Sunny: ok what are you to kobe
Y: his gi-
Kobe: she's my friend
Y: friend
Kobe: yea stop playing we've always been friends
Y: wow ok friends it is

y/n was about to get up but kobe grabbed her hand looking at her but she didn't care so she snatched her hand away and got up walking off going all the way back to her house she sat in her room for hours and the sun went down and she still hadn't gotten a call or anything from kobe then she heard someone walk in through the main door so she waited a few minutes then she walked down there and as soon as she made it all the at down she saw kitra all up on derek while kristen was watching a movie and she saw ian on his phone so she confusedly kept walking up to them and when he noticed he put his phone down and walked up to her

Ian: y/n can i talk to you
Y: ...sure i guess

ian and y/n walked into the front yard and he stood in front of her while she crossed her arms leaning against the car

Ian: i'm sorry for ignoring you over something dumb like you having a boyfriend it was childish and i should've never done it what did i expect we were literally apart for two years i'd be worried about your mental health if you stayed single shit i moved on for a while as well i guess i just got jealous that you did and i wanted you back and when i found out that it might not even happen i acted in a way i shouldn't have and you know i never liked you being mad at me and i didn't like disappointing you either
Y: yea i know ian and i forgive you it's ok if i were in your shoes i'd probably do the same thing it's feelings every has them and sometimes they make us react in ways we don't like so it's fine i understand
Ian: i miss you y/n
Y: i'm sorry ian but i'm taken now
Ian: i don't know who this guy is but what do you see in him i've done so much for you and for us and i don't ask for anything in return he doesn't deserve you and i'm not saying i do but the three years we were together were the best years of my entire life you're literally my other half i need you y/n
Y: ian i can't
Ian: you can though you just gotta be willing to
Y: well i'm not willing to i'm happy with the guy i'm with now...i just don't know if he's happy with me
Ian: if you have to question that then he's not the one for you
Y: i'm sorry ian but can you go
Ian: well can i do something before i go
Y: what is somethi-

before y/n could finish ian kissed her and she pulled away and she wiped her lips looking down with her arms still crossed so he told derek to come on and they left and when y/n was about to go in the house someone pulled her hand and she turned around seeing kobe so she once again pulled her hand away from him

Y: what
Kobe: i saw that
Y: yea well then you saw me pull away now leave me alone
Kobe: i didn't mean what i said at the park
Y: no you meant it
Kobe: it's just that if sunny knew she'd tell the school
Y: and there's one more week of school if they fire you then so what
Kobe: then i won't get to see you every second of the day
Y: ok so you have a reason why you said we were just friends now you can leave for a few more hours and figure out a reason why as soon as i left you stayed

y/n walked off going into the house and closed the door going straight to her room
