I am a white woman writing this story, and I will never fully understand what black individuals go through, but I wanted to add diversity in my story. I just wanted to add this little note, and ask for you all to be understanding and kind with me throughout this book.
This is the second book of Little Flower. YOU NEED TO READ LITTLE FLOWER BEFORE THIS BOOK! Even though this follows a different character, I think it will make much more sense and be full circle if you do this. And thank you for reading that book as well! :)
