Vulcan: With that said, ALL abilities will be depleted by 8 levels, including abilities like energy manipulation and other unknown powers by using a depleting gas area.

Emerson POV:

Vulcan: It is creative when you will never get to me!! *summons a fire tornado*
- The highways start to float, everything is being destroyed -

Vulcan: Not only has you're ability been sliced in half, but the thick air here is very hard to breathe and very hard to run here.
No matter, I'll just convert a little bit oxygen here so I can at least breathe.
Vulcan: You will regret you ever challenged me!!
Emerson: And you will regret being stupid enough to think I will go down easily. *tries to boost harder*
Vulcan: That's no threat to me.

Not unless I try to heal it...I can no longer reverse but a quick minute heal should at least make the pain go away.
