As Kyoya sarcastically said this, he used his Ice Magic to freeze Vanica's Blood Magic before it could hit Charlotte and Rill. As the two captains escaped, Kyoya and Noelle looked towards each other and nod their heads.

With her grimoire opened, Noelle points her spear made of water towards Vanica, manifesting the head of a sea dragon with sharp teeth, and fires it at the devil possessed woman.
"Oh? The same trick you used in the Heart Kingdom? Boring~."
As Vanica said this, she used her blood magic to create a giant claw out of blood as used it to catch Noelle's spell. However, she was surprised to see herself being pushed back. Soon a smile appeared on her face.
"Yes!!! This is the kind of thing I live for!!!!!! I want to get all fired up with the tough guys who manage to survive in a place like this!!!! Humans who are weak enough to die don't interest me!!!!!!"
"Vanica!!!! Behind you!!!!!!"

Just as Megicula warned Vanica, it was too late. While Vanica was too busy dealing with Noelle, Kyoya quickly dashed behind the devil possessed woman. Kyoya, after inhaling, releases a large purple blizzard of cold air, ice and (seemingly) snow from his mouth and directed it at Vanica's direction.
The blizzard inflicted great damage upon Vanica, causing her to be sent flying away with great force, as well as leaving behind a trail of destruction in its wake, heavily damaging the area it passes through. Meanwhile, Noelle was in awe at Kyoya's power.
"Burn this into your memory, Vanica. You're dealing with an Ice Devil Slayer. No matter how powerful your devil maybe, this magic was made for dealing with its kind. My Devil Slayer Magic......will freeze your very soul."
