"Okay..." Melanie said understanding as she called Joanna, the manager.

"Jo, I want to be part of the band with Melanie."

I made it to David's place. I anxiously knocked.
Few minutes of silence was eating me alive. My phone goes off and it was Hayes.

Hayes:
Hey. You free?

I swiped and put in my passcode to reply:

I turned my phone off as David answered the door.

"Maeve!" David cries as he hugs me.

"Hey... Dave." I awkwardly said.

"Come in," he said with a warm smile.

"Is that Maeve I hear?" Nathalie's voice said.

Eventually her, Todd, and most of the squad was here and some had their cameras in their hand.

I half smiled but the whole thing was making me more upset internally of breaking it not only to David but to all of them. I've known them for ages and they are family...
