Chapter 82

Starscream's P.O.V.

I couldn't believe what I just witnessed....Nightstreak was defeated. She was really killed, right before my very optics. I felt so many feelings at once, pounding at my spark. Sadness. Guilt. Shame. And a very strong rush of raw and utter rage.

I gritted my teeth, glaring up at Megatronous.

"You....you....you....you foul, no good piece of SCRAP!!!"

I pointed my one of my rockets at the Shadowcon behind me and blasted him, causing him to fall and crash onto his back. I immediately got to my feet and pointed my other rocket at the Shadowcon leader, ignoring the surrounding underlings that pointed their blasters at me. Megatron watched me in shock, while Megatronous slowly turned to me, chuckling darkly.

"I don't understand why you seem so upset, Starscream. I thought you despised Autobots-"

"Just shut up. You had better pray for a quick and painless demise, cause I can assure you that I will not give you such mercy." I hissed. "Now now, Commander, you don't want to make the same mistake as your foolish sibling, do you? Can't you see you're far outnumbered?" Megatronous stated. I growled.

"Don't you dare mock my partner! You terminated her! And no matter what the circumstances, I'll make sure you pay!" I stated. I could hear the blasters around my charging up. Megatronous prepared his blade, now stained in the dark energon blood that used to be Nightstreak's. The very sight of it was a strong reason for me to not back down. "Very well, if that's how you want it, then allow me to reunite you with your fallen comrade!!" Megatronous stated. 

I braced myself to feel the blasts around me....but to my confusion, I didn't feel any. Rather, I heard metal clanging, and a familiar blaster being shot. I turned around, seeing Megatron back onto his feet, and five Shadowcons laying on the ground. He winced from the wound on his arm, but then gave a fierce death glare at Megatronous, drawing his blade.

"You've taken my ship. You've harmed my commander. And you dare to take one of our own. I swear by the very pits of Kaon, that you shall perish for your actions!" he snapped. His eyes glowed purple, and I swear I saw a purple aura surround his body. Megatronous bellowed out a loud laugh, grinning in amusement. 

"My my, have I made the leader of the Decepticons angry? Very well, then let's finish this, once and for all!" he snapped. The other Shadowcons around us prepared their blasters, including Screamstar and Wingdread. Megatron and I stood side by side, ready to take on an entire army, despite both of us being injured and tired. That didn't matter though. We won't let these fiends win. The Decepticons will prevail.

However, everything was interrupted when a ground bridge opened right above us. I blinked, confused. Who's is that? Every Decepticon we know is on this ship. So who....?

"COMING THROUGH!!!" Suddenly, a familiar green truck zoomed out of the ground bridge, crashing right into the crowd of Shadowcons. Then he transformed, and Bulkhead began smashed the nearest Shadowcon beside him. My eyes widened. What in the world is this? How did he-

"Make way!" Suddenly Smokescreen jumped out from the bridge, and began to blast at every Shadowcon he found. Megatronous watched in shock, optics wide open.

"Autobots?! What is this?! Where did they-"

Bumblebee launched right through, transforming mid-air and tackled at Screamstar. The Shadowcon commander cried out as he was punched right in the face and crashed into the wall. One by one, every Autobot came out from the bridge. Arcee, Wheeljack, Ratchet, Ultra Magnus....even the leader himself, Optimus Prime. "W-What is going on?! Why are they here?!" Screamstar cried. Wingdread started to slowly back away, and ran towards the door. He entered the code from the key pad beside it, and retreated inside the ship. Many Shadowcons followed suit, running for their lives.
