The screams could be heard through out the castle as the queen pushed, her mate by her side, holding her hand- giving her strength. Her two brothers and her court were standing right outside the door waiting for any news about the soon-to-be-born twins- the heirs to Terrasen

The kingdom waited in anticipation for any news on their queen- thier ruler who they adored.

One final cry later, the sound of new-born babies overtook the screams as they took in their first breath of air, their father smiling down on them with undiluted love and a fierce sense of protectiveness. Aelin was tired, evidently, as her eyes slowly closed taking her into a deep slumber.

The names had been decided the second Lady Westfall had revealed it was a girl and a boy. Sam and Lyria- tribute to the two lover's lost, now reborn. Leaving his wife to rest, Rowan took the his firstborn daughter and son out to meet their family, a smile permanently plastered on his face.

The two brothers lunged forward, first in line to hold their niece and nephew making everyone chuckle at their eagerness. Silent vows to protect and love them were going around in a circle, loving gazes from the Night Court and the Court of Terrasen landing on the two crying children, happy for the now complete family.
