Rosettas POV

"Hey Roe" Cassandra mumbled into my hair while she cuddled into me

"Yeah" I asked

"Can. Can I ask you something" and I hummed in response

"What we're your birth parents like" I froze. They can hurt me anymore but my memories still haunt me. Tears then rolled down my cheeks

"Roe why are you so quiet what's wrong" she sat up slightly to look at me

"Oh please don't cry." She rushed out

"It's not your fault. It's just bad memories. And they aren't my birth parents just monsters from hell that created me. As far as I'm concerned they stoped existing when I was four. They might not even be my actual birth parents."

"They can never do anything to cause you pain Rose. Okay the only way is if you let the memories get to you."

"My strong brave girl" she whispered while tucking a lock of my brown hair behind my ear.

She then laid back down and pulled me with her so I was cuddled into her side once again.

"Please don't cut yourself off from the world again" I whispered

"I won't." She said in agreement

Soon after she starts rubbing my back and with that added to us cuddling I start to drift off.

"Roe wake up" I hear a voice pulling me back to conscience ness

"Five more minutes" I whine

"Five more minutes and I think you'll keep asking for another five" she chuckled

"Your phone..." she started before I pulled the blanket up and a pillow under my head and then another on top to sandwich it and cancel our the noise.

"Ugh" Cass growled out just as I started to fall asleep again

Cassandras POV

Why is she this difficult to get up.

"Hello" I answer her phone

"Cass" I hear River ask surprised

"Yeah. Roe isn't getting up. She's sleeping"

"And she's at your place" River asked

"Yeah. She came to talk to me and we ended up cuddling. She then fell asleep."

"Oh well both my dads are ready to send out a search party when she didn't answer them. It's fine hold on a second" she then yelled telling both Liam and Asher that Rosetta was over here.

"What's going on Cass. Why have you disappeared and when you appear you had a beer in your hand and ended up being shit face drunk."

"My parents died" she gasped

"I would have been there for you" she said

"Thanks. It was about a week ago. And I may have kissed Rosetta six months ago" I said

"You did WHAT" River demanded

"Calm the fuck down it was only her cheek and it was the day I dropped her off at your aunt Gemmas"

"I'm keeping my eye on you Kace. Just make sure you don't hurt her" and won't but I had to assure River

"I won't and you very well know that."

"Anyway I have to wake up Rosetta. I'll see you in about an hour and bring Ry when you come to get her"

"Who says I'm coming over"

"Me just now so see you in an hour. Bye" with that I hung up and gently pried a pillow out of a sleeping Rosettas hands.

"Come on sleepy head it's time to wake up" after talking with Rosetta and finally telling someone about my parents I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. It also helped that Roe said that she would possibly give me a chance and that was still better than a no.

"Nooo" she whined loudly

"How about if I turn the lights off and you just relax while we cuddle again how does that sound" I tried to bargain and she thought about if for a bit before she agreed.
I lifted my pillow from atop her head and placed it back where I was laying down earlier"

I think Rosetta is just going to try and sleep till morning but still wanting cuddles

"Rose it's getting late. Both Riv and Ry are coming over for a bit in an hour. Want to stay the night and they can bring a bag over for you" I asked

"Yes please" she mumbled sleepily.

"Ok" I replied and texted River to bring everything that Rosetta would need.
