Dear reader...

WARNING!!!!

This is the second part of my book therefore it holds a shit ton of spoilers for the first one. Of course, you can read this one without the first one (cause I can't make you do anything) but it's gonna get confusing at parts and perhaps won't have as much emotional impact since you don't really know where the characters have come from, so I'd warmly advise reading the first book first (they were just kids). It both holds a lot of information and was great fun.

Okay, now that that's out of the way
HELLLO WELCOME BACK 

So this is basically the point where you either love it... or it all goes downhill. Depends on how you look at it and what you prefer. I don't think there's really any in-between.

The first thing to get out of the way - this is not gonna be at all as fluffy as the first book. I'm gonna try and keep the occasional fun since we know Ash laughs through her pain, yet still, I have to warn, this will touch some loads darker themes.

Trigger warnings (and this will be my only warning)
- self-harm mentions
- gore, blood, torture, manipulation
- hot n heavy scenes but I don't think there'll be anything especially sexually explicit
- general sadness lmao
- (if you notice I've forgotten something please do tell me so I can add it here)

Second thing, I've made Draco entirely too soft in the first book and I hate that lol, so let's have ✨deatheater summer✨ do its magic and solve my problem. (if I hear any at all 'awe' in the first 20 or so chapters I've failed terribly smh... )

Third, everyone's on edge. Everyone's human. So when somebody does something you might not like, think about what they might be feeling. It's hard to always understand what another wants and quite frankly it's important to love yourself first and care for yourself first (which some characters might not understand or do the opposite - abuse that knowledge). Proud is the dominant energy in the dorm room so that's gonna cause problems obviously but well... we all learn and change and live and... does anyone ever REALLY know what they're doing with life? I don't think so... personally, i have no idea what the hell I am doing. (I'm writing fanfiction for fucks sake and it's been almost 6 months now.)

Okay, honestly, I'm not very sure where I was going with that last paragraph but anyway, let's move on and hope my writing doesn't come off just as messy *snorts*

Okay moving on-

Fifth, I mostly go along with the general plot of the books (as you already know; I'm not sure why I'm repeating this but whatever. Suppose I'm a bloody blabbermouth. Anyway... that's off the point), but there are some events or timelines I might manipulate so it'd fit this book better.

And I think that's about it... at least what I can think of saying right now. For any new readers, if you want additional information - go read the 'dear reader' of the first book cause it's much more detailed n stuff n I just don't want to copy it here cause there is no point in that. Also, ya know, just read the first book lmao

This one was a challenge to write and certainly something new. I'm just hoping I'm not screwing it all up haha
