He walked out of the school and got inside his car, his stoic face crumbled right away when he got inside his car. He immediately felt his cheeks heat up, he still looked shocked and surprised seeing you there.

He looked around him and felt his body deflate, the soft seats holding his body close as he sat there in shock. Numerous thoughts ran through Taehyung's head as he squirmed around his seat, his heart wouldn't calm down, he felt hot, flushed, and extremely nervous.

"She remembers me..." He whispered to himself in disbelief, he couldn't believe that you, Kim Taehyung's first love, remembers him!

He closed his eyes as he slowly calmed himself, his thoughts drifted towards his conversation with Y/N.

"Hi, Taehyung!"

"Taehyung?" She said again, the painter snapped out of his thoughts and bowed his head towards you, bit his lips, and gulped down his dry saliva, his nervousness was starting to get the best of him and he honestly thought that he was sabotaging himself.

You continued to look at him, a small grin on your lips. Taehyung couldn't help but feel his heart skip a beat.

"...." She stayed quiet, Taehyung sighed, a small grin plastered on his face. He gathered his courage and looked at you, his eyes softened upon the sight of you. "Hello, Y/N."

Y/N felt her stomach doing gymnastics, her face felt flush as she looked down, trying to hide her reddening cheeks. "H-hello to you too..." She stammered and looked back up again towards her old classmate.

Taehyung couldn't help but just want to hug her and cup her cheeks, he found you very cute, he chuckled a little bit before taking notice of the old woman staring at them, her eyes shined at the sight of them.

"I see you still li—" The bell immediately rang cutting off the old woman, Taehyung sighed at her and went inside the faculty and placed her stuff inside, the old woman following suit, she had a knowing look on her face as well as a smug smile.

The painter bid her goodbye as well as his friend, Namjoon, and his fellow teacher friends. He saw Y/N still outside of the faculty, glued to her place.

He walked near her and tapped her shoulder, she immediately looked at him, her doe eyes stared at him, as if wanting to say something.

Taehyung couldn't help himself but feel bold, the confidence that would ever so often bless his life has decided to bless him at the worst time possible. He ignored the blushing cheeks he had and lifted his hand, brushing away Y/N's stray hair to the back of her earlobes.

"You look pretty as always, Y/N."

Taehyung said and bowed his head before shooting her a small smile and walking away from the building.

Taehyung opened his eyes and immediately cursed himself and his boldness, he would never do anything that bold! For some reason, the gods of confidence decided to bless him at the worse time he could ever ask for.

But he gotta admit, he was so damn nervous the whole time, he doesn't even know if he could keep himself composed if he continued to stay there for another minute.

He turned the car on and smiled to himself, he finally found himself a good reason to visit Namjoon's workplace.

Kim Taehyung sat in his space in complete silence, his hand hung over the canvas as his pencil slightly brushed against the soft texture of the paper. A simple dot laid in the middle of the canvas, with nothing, no inspiration or ideas on what to put.

He grumbled and slammed the pencil down the table, he bit his lips in frustration and ran a hand through his hair, weaving it with his fingertips.

He threw his head back a little and leaned on his chair, a small grunt escaping his pinkish lips.

"Nothing again?" A voice came from behind. The painter looked back and saw his manager, Jung Hoseok leaning on the door frame, a stick of cigarette between his fingers as he blew out a cloud of smoke towards the painter's direction.

Hoseok grinned and lightly flicked the ashen part of the stick, he walked towards Taehyung and stopped beside him, putting the cigarette between his lips and inhaling on it.

Taehyung moved away from Hoseok and sighed, "Didn't I tell you to not smoke in here?" Hoseok puffed the smoke out and slammed the cigarette outside his window, he glanced around the studio and looked at his clock before glancing back at Taehyung who had an irritated look on his emotionless face.

"You probably did, but I just didn't care to listen." Hoseok strolled around the room and comfortably crashed on his leather couch. "I've told you many times, we can't keep on showing your old works."

Taehyung rolled his eyes, he felt annoyed and disappointed in himself, he gripped onto his chair tighter and slowly loosened it up. "I know."

Hoseok rolled his eyes, he sent a glare towards Taehyung's way. "I'll be back to you with more opportunities, but for now, at least get something new done," Hoseok yelled out and stood up, he dusted himself and strode out of his studio without giving him another glance.

Taehyung stayed silent and mulled over his friend/manager's words, he was right and it annoyed him so much. Hoseok has always been with him and Taehyung knows that what his manager says has a deeper meaning to it.

If he doesn't get new art out, his career will be finished and he would not be able to proudly tell himself that he is fine on his own and doesn't need his parents.

He would be forced into a life he never wanted and that is what he doesn't want to lose.
