You were standing in the hall amongst the other knights, clad in your Knight's armor in Cape. Arthur handed Uther a piece of a knights Cape with the seal of Camelot on it.
"It was Cenred who did this you're certain of it?" Uther asked
"Yes, My lord. His messenger has only this minute departed Camelot. Cenred said that the patrol trespassed on his land, and an example had to be made." Arthur responded
"How many dead?" Uther asked, you stood with brows furrowed
"All of them, Sire. Every last man." Arthur said
"The knights?" Uther asked
"All lost. Edric, Oldoff, Osric," Arthur took a short pause, "and Sir Leon." Arthur finished
You felt your heart shatter but kept your composer. Gaius looked at Merlin and Merlin returned the look. Uther dismissed everyone until he figured a further course of action.
You rushed to your room ignoring the call of Merlin. You changed into some basic clothes, yes pants were made for men but you wear them regardless.
You leave your room and head straight to the tavern. This is how you dealt with pain, you drank until you could not feel any more.

You thought of Edric and how you trained together making clever remarks at each others skill. You took a drink in his honor.

You thought of Oldoff and how he wouldn't crack a smile for anyone but you because only you could make him laugh. You took another drink for him.
There's a time that I remember, when I did not know no pain
You thought of Osric and how when knights were first starting their training you would both make them do the most ridiculous tasks telling them it was all part of becoming a knight. You drank to him.
