Dave's pov

"Babe you almost packed?" I asked jazz.

"Yeah I'm almost done." She said rubbing her belly.

I walked over to her and gave her a kiss.

"Babygirl kicking your ass today?"

"No only when your around." She said laughing.

I'm glad she's still able to smile through all this.

"Well come on we got to hit the rode."

"Okay how's your shoulder feeling?" She asked.

"Never better it was only a graze."

She nodded and I grabbed her bags. Jay and mookie already left to their location so me and jazz are headed to ours. I loaded the car up helped jazz in and took off.

"So where we going babe?" She asked grabbing a hold to my hand.

I kissed the back of it.

"We going to my safe house."

"I know you ain't talking about that dungeon you call a cabin." She said.

She hates that cabin so damn much I would to if I had to spend half my senior year in it.

"Na babe we going to my other safe house I told you we own a lot of properties."

"How many do we own?" She asked.

"Enough."

"That was not an answer sir." She said.

"Let's just put it this way we could sit down and do nothing and collect money and we will be fine."

"Okay that's wassup." She said.

"Now about your damn studies."

"Oh my-"

"Yeah you know I'm going to get on you about it."

"Babe it was one class." She said.

"Yeah one class that is important to your major tell me are you too stressed at home you need me to be home more because we can't have them grades slip."

"I am a little stressed and this situation ain't making it no better and my professor said I can just retake it." She said.

"You missing my point babe you shouldn't have to retake it at all but if you be getting stressed out tell me so it doesn't affect your studies."

"Okay I will but I can handle it I just got to work a little bit harder that's all." She said.

"Aight man don't be having them grades slip or I'm on your ass."

"More than you are now." She said sarcastically.

"Worser than that."

"I don't even wanna know." She said.

"No you don't."

She started rubbing her stomach and wincing in pain.

"You okay?"

"Yeah I'm fine just a little pressure it's like she on my bladder." She said shifting in her seat.

"Don't worry we only got like 30 more mins to go do you need me to pull over so you can walk a little bit?"

"Yeah I think that's a good idea." She said.

I pulled over by the beach and helped her out the car.

"Come on babe walk slow though."

She nodded and we headed towards the ocean.

"The ocean has always been my calm place."
