"Ryu, why it has to be my cousin? " a voice exclaims from the other line.

Pulling the phone away from my ear, I groaned at my best friend's outburst.

"I didn't know that you have a cousin," I responded as I started getting ready for bed.

It's true that even though I have known Chaer for a lot of years now, her family is the only people I really knew.

"Just why?" she asked, whining like a baby on the other line.

I chuckled at her protectiveness of her cousin. Is Yeji really that precious?

"I didn't know okay? If I had known that it would be your cousin, I would've backed out immediately"

'Liar! You wouldn't, you're liking this' Thinking of how attractive Yeji looked earlier, I highly doubt not liking her.

I just rolled my eyes at her, shaking my head with a small smile.

"Don't you dare hurt her, I swear to you monkey, I'm gonn—"

"Hey, okay hold that mouth of yours. You're already planning my murder, I haven't even done anything,' I sighed.
