Ryujin's POV

"What did you just say?!" I glared at my Father as I slammed my fists on top of his desk in his office.

"You need to marry the heiress of the JY Company," He calmly responded, unfazed by my outburst.

Trying to compose myself, I frowned as I heard him repeat those words again. 'So much for having the freedom of choice' I bitterly thought.

"If I may, why do I have to do this again?" I asked, trying to maintain my calm.

"I'm doing this for your sake, they asked us for our help when it was revealed that one of their stockholders betrayed them, causing a huge loss of money in their company. However despite the company's serious loss, they still remain as one of the best influential companies in the business field like ours, so it's a win-win situation."

 I could only stare at him helplessly, making sense of what he said and knowing that he is absolutely right.

"D-do I have a choice?" I asked hesitantly.

"This is would greatly benefit you and the company. We're going to make millions with this deal."

"Does mom know about this?"

"Yes, you're as baffled as she is," he responded with a soft sigh.
