Ayla

Shoving Emil back hard he flew a few feet away, landing on his feet like only a true shifter would as  I glared at him angrily

"What was that Emil?!" I growled

"I...I thought, that you...wanted me"

"Wanted you? I'm with Sinik you know that! Everybody knows that!" I snapped

"She said I was who you really wanted, that I had to just show you....make the first move a-"

"She? Who told you that lie, Emil?!!"

He stared at me confused "That fae chick with the green hair" He said innocently

I could feel the fury rise in me and knowing how my powers were still volatile, I tried to quell it but nothing was working. My hands began to shake. It began to travel up my arms, enveloping my entire body in shudders. I was losing control.  I could feel it yet I couldn't stop it

"Ayla calm down! I'm sorry I didn't mean to upset you!" Emil pleaded to my deaf ears

I stalked to my Uncles assigned  hut,  I didn't know where Torra's hut was but I was about to find out. Emil followed me but i did not notice. I was in hyper focused;  no one was stopping me from finding this traitorous bitch.

Just then a loud roaring shout pierced the air. Startled I turned excepting an attack but instead I heard hundreds of footsteps approaching

The dragons had arrived

People began emerging from their huts to greet them. i simply stood there still sweaty and pissed. I saw Sinik approaching his eyes met mine and he hurried my way but I gave him a ugly sneer and fled back to my original destination; my parents hut. I would shower there grab my son and then I would confront that bitch.

The dragons arrival didn't stop anything. They would all be getting a show soon

SINIK

As Ayla stormed away from me. I watched her walk away confused. She had not come back to our hut after dinner and i hadn't seen her until now. I wasn't particularly worried only concerned. It was not like to her to do such a thing. Looking at her now and how she scowled at me i was more confused than ever.

The shifter Emil stood there where Ayla had been staring at me before he adverted his eyes and walked away. Odd. Something was going on and I would find out what soon enough.  I moved to follow Ayla until Torra stepped in my path blocking me. This woman just would not cease her advances. No matter how many times I rejected her she still somehow believed I would give in.

At  this point I couldn't no longer even consider her a friend. She had crossed far too many lines, I was considering asking King Rykell to send her back to fae lands. It seemed her mind was more on capturing my affections than the impending war and I didn't need nor what her in this battle if she could not be trusted.

She pressed her hand on my chest but before I could remove it and growl at her bold impudence.
She screamed in pain, staring at her hand. The skin on her hand was beginning to peel away leaving only visible flesh

"If you want ot keep it i suggest you remove it..NOW!!"

Everyone and every movement stilled in silence. When I looked to my right I saw Ayla standing there fury in her dark eyes and glowing in her anger. She looked dangerous and my heart fell at her expression. We had worked so hard to help keep her in control of her power and this one incident may have ruined it all
