"You enjoy this way too much, don't you?" Cecily questioned Marie the moment her gaze landed on the smile that rested on her face. "There's nothing satisfactory in defeating one who had little to no training in the first place."

Marie blew a chunk of air to her left, swaying away an escaped lock of brown. "Cecily," she began. "I am not dwelling over your loss. It's expected. I've spent much more time training than you."

"And you just love rubbing that in my face, don't you?"

"Alright, you little devil incarnate," Will's voice broke across the training room, back lifted from the wall he had been leaning against. His blue orbs travelled between the girls as he approached slowly. "Marie did nothing wrong here. Truth can hurt, but you're intentionally looking for a reason to begin fighting."

However, this is not the end of Marie's story. I have so much more to tell, so I hope you stay tuned. I mean, who doesn't love to embark on a new journey, right?
