Characters: Dean, Y/N

T/W: Mentions of anxiety

Description: Dean takes Y/N to get their first anti-possession tattoo

Anxiety and excitement ran through your body as the Impala drew closer and closer to the tattoo parlour. Your hands were beginning to sweat profusely and you could fell your heart beating a little faster than usual.

Out of the corner of his eye, Dean noticed you wringing your hands. He drove into the parking lot and parked the car before placing his hand at the top of your thigh, squeezing slightly. You turned to Dean with a tight smile and tears threatening to fall from your eyes.

Dean could feel the anxiety radiating from your being. He took you in his arms and held you plush against his body. Your head rested against his chest, the rhythm of his heartbeat immediately calming your nerves. He pressed a small kiss to the top of your head before resting his hand on the small of your back.

“Are you ready, baby? It’s time.” You nodded slowly and lifted your body off of Dean. He cupped your cheek and wiped away a stray tear that had betrayed you. Dean gave you a small smile before getting out of the car and headed around to your side, opening the door.

You instantly grabbed his hand and squeezed, letting out a small, shaky breath. Dean squeezed back and guided you towards the entrance of the parlour. He opened the door and held it open for you as you walked inside.

The aroma of ink and incense instantly hit you as you walked into the building. You looked around and seen one or two people sitting in chairs getting tattoos. You watched in awe as the artists skillfully worked their magic, carefully drawing on their bodies. You felt a pair of arms wrap around your waist and a strong scent of whiskey and leather took over your senses and you instantly smiled.

Dean walked you over to the front desk and gave in your name. A woman instantly came and invited you to go with her. At first, you were a little reluctant leaving the safety of Dean but after a little coaxing, you had gained a little more confidence and decided to go.

The anxiety turned to excitement as the artist gathered everything together for your tattoo. You were getting the anti-possession symbol tattooed just below your left collarbone. You knew it had to be done with the life that you led, but you were still a little scared of how much pain you would endure. Even though you are a hunter who has killed numerous werewolves and vampires, your worst fear was needles. You laughed to yourself as this thought flew through your mind. It was so ironic.

Your eyes widened as you seen the needle be attached to the tattoo gun. You felt your heart quicken once again but soon calmed down after you closed your eyes and thought of Dean. His smile. His broad shoulders. His beautiful green eyes. Everything about Dean made you wonder in amazement at how such terrible things could happen to a beautiful person.

As quick as the tattoo had been started, it had finished. When the artist told you this, you opened your eyes and looked down, smiling. Pride filled your body as you got off the tattoo table and walked into Deans open arms, carefully not to bang the tattoo.

Dean looked down at you and smiled, admiring the new ink. “So, would you get another? This one is so sexy.” You looked up at Dean and narrowed your eyes before whacking him on the chest and walking out of the door.
