It was a threat that made Maru's senses squirm even more. In trembling fingers, she raised her hand, showing him the keys.

He immediately snatched the bunch and opened the door of her unit. She was expecting that it would take him time to find the right key but the door knob snapped in his first try.

As soon as the leaf swung open, he stormed inside, pulling her with him. He kicked the door shut and she jumped at the banging sound.

His hands snaked around her waist again. He pushed her against the wall, his hands caught her arms and raised it over her head.

He bent his back, levelling their faces as their eyes clashed. His were blazing in ferocious passion and subtle anger.

"No more hide and seek, Maru," he hissed in annoyance. "Instead, let's change the game. Let's play chess this time around. You're the queen and I'm the king, but you're trapped. It's check mate, baby," his lips twisted, his eyes darkened even more.

She could hear his heavy breaths. He was almost panting, panting in deep need to claim her. She could almost foretell her destiny, smell the mixing of their scents, and the blending of their moans.

Tonight, there was nothing that could stop Benjamin. She could tell that by just looking at his eyes. He was determined. And how could she stop him when her body rejoices at what he was planning to do?
