I looked out over the city below as Appa took off away from the front. Nowhere did I see a flash of blonde, indicating that Mangetsu was somewhere there.
"I know just the place for us to go where we'll be safe for a while," Aang said, turning to the rest of us. "The Western Air Temple."
"Great," Muteki said, also looking around anxiously. "Let's do that thing."
"Where did he wander off to?" I whispered anxiously.
"I thought Mangetsu was with you, Muteki," Katara said.
"He was," Muteki retorted. "I blinked, and he was gone."
"I saw him run into the city," I added. "But I was in the middle of something, so I couldn't go after him."
"Mangetsu will be fine," Sokka assured. "Remember, he has a talent in that vanishing thing he does, and Mog is looking for him too."
"Yeah," I sighed. "I hope they get away alright."
