"This is the vehicle they were in" said one of the guys
"So where did they go?" another one asked
I jumped out and punched one of the guys down, knocking him out, with eye active I looked at them.
"Who's next?" I said
One of them started to run towards me.
"Abby you're up" I said, stepping to the side
She jumped out and stabbed him with her sword.
"Jason, Jessica! it's all clear" I said
"Okay...so now what" asked Jessica
I walked over to one of the vehicles
"Hey abby? Could you try and cut of this door?" I asked
"Sure" Abby said
Abby with one swift movement cut off the door with her sword
"Jason, hand me that rope" I asked
Jason threw the rope over to me,I caught it and began tying the rope to the car door.
"Dash...what are you doing?" Jason asked
"Well, we can't take the cars cause those have trackers, so we will just end up here again. I thought if you guys sat on the car door I could pull you guys to the tower" I replied
"We can walk Rick" Abby said
"Oh so you're basically a sled dog" Jessica said
"That's...one way to look at it" I said
Everyone sat down on the car door, they grabbed onto the supports made with the rope. I took the end of the rope and wrapped it around my hand.
"You guys ready?" I asked
"Yeah!" everyone said
I took off running, we sped down the highway and through a city before we reached the tower.
"Alright! this is our stop" I said
"Dash look!" Jessica said
I looked over were Jessica was pointing, she was pointing at Team A, it looks like they just made it through the entrance. I saw other vehicles pull up and it was the rest of the other teams.
"Dash, a word?" Mercedees said
"Yeah what's up" I asked
"Something doesn't seem right...There should be more guards" Mercedees said
"Yeah, you are right, from what I see there was only a few" I said
"Well maybe this works out in our favor, let's meet up with Team A and prepare the raid!" Mercedees said
Mercedees, I, and the rest of my team made their way to the entrance with Team B waiting for us. Our whole group was there. Team A, B, C, and D.
"Alright! is everyone ready!!" I shouted
I heard cheers and whistles from the group, signaling the go-ahead.
"Alright, let's go!!" I said
I pulled my pistol out from my back pocket and kicked the door in, but instead of an open hallway, I was met with hundreds of gun barrels, and they were aiming directly at me.
"Everyone take cover!!" I shouted
That's when I heard the first shot. I made it to a wall and I stayed behind it, breathing heavily. I got shot in the arm and was grazed with about 5 bullets. My team and Fisher's team, as well as Team C, made it to cover, but Team D was completely wiped out.
"Dash we'll cover you, make sure your team makes it to the control room" shouted Mercedees
"Right!" I shouted
I started to fire, making my way through the enemies and over to the wall at the far side of the hall.
"Jessica! do you see where the control room is!" I asked
"Yes! it's just down the hallway and on your right!" Jessica shouted
I looked behind me to see how far I came, the hallway was riddled with bullets, and bodies, but it seems that I made it halfway.
"Abby, cover me!!" I said
"Wait what!!" Abby asked
I sprinted down the hallway towards one of the guards. He tried to hit me, but I blocked it, shooting him after. I took another and slammed his head into the wall, after awhile the whole hallway was cleared
"Alright team, let's find and kill Mr. Delacroix!" I said
Abby, Jason, Jessica, and I ran down the hallway and reached the control room. The room had computers scattered everywhere, some had camera footage of the tower.
"Jason, Jessica! you stay here and watch the cameras, tell us where Delacroix might be, and Abby and I will take him out!" I said
"On it!" Jason said
I pulled out my phone and called Mercedees.
"How is everything going Dash?" Mercedees asked
"Fine, listen I need you to get your team down to the control room and watch Jason and Jessica, they're gonna watch the camera to find Mr. Delacroix, while Abby and I find him." I said
"Okay, we are on our way" Mercedees said
"Alright, are you ready Abby?" I asked
"Yeah! let's show him who's boss!" Abby said
Abby and I went down the hallway, we made a few turns here and there, finding dead ends or empty rooms. My phone started to ring so I picked it up
"Hey, what's up?" I asked
"This place has a lot of cameras!" said Jessica
"I don't expect much from an evil rich business man, of course his tower's gonna be packed with cameras" I said
"Take about paranoid...anyway we found him" Jessica said
"Sweet! where is he?" I asked
"He is on the 645th floor" Jessica said
"Alright, we'll take an elevator" I said
"There should be one to your left" Jessica said
I looked to my left and saw an elevator, I said thanks to Jessica and hung up. Abby and I walked into the elevator and she pressed the button marked with 645.
"Going up" Abby said, with a smile
