Maria gives Flip the book, kissing the boy softly on his forehead.
MARIA: For Flip McKnight, my beloved little Prince of Magic.
Flip's cheeks break into a blissful smile.
MARIA: (V.O.) For the first time since he first set foot on Earth, the dragon in the boy experienced pure human magic.
EXT. HILL BY THE SEA/PROMONTORY - NIGHT
Flip is looking at the full moon.
He levitates and gently lands on the moon's reflection on the water. His feet radiate the white breathing light accompanied by magical signs and symbols.
He looks up the moon.
FLIP: I am Moon Dragon Roku of Nevertoon. I invoke the help of the Man on Earth's Moon.
THE MOON'S REFLECTION
From Flip's feet, clouds occurring in small rounded tufts burst out to form a dull gray thundercloud that surrounds the reflection.
