"I'm sorry, Ed." I said. That was the only thing that could come out of my mouth that moment.
"Why are you?" he asked... not looking at me.
"I'm sorry if I hurt you... I didn't mean it."
"I know you didn't, that's why I came for you." he smiled.
I didn't know what to say so I kept quiet.

(Amanda's POV)
"We have been searching for Tay for hours!" Lautner complained. He pulled the car over at the roadside.
"So, what do we do now?" I asked.
"I don't know!" he said helplessly. He ran his hands through his hair, frowning.
"She'll be alright, trust me." I said, putting my hand on his back, giving him a warm smile.
Suddenly my phone rang, it was Mere...
"Hello?" I said.
"Where are you?! The boys and I have been searching everywhere for you!" she said... with that usual loud voice.
"I'm looking for Tay with Lautner." I said.
"Tay? She's fine! Ed came to the rescue!" she shouted.
Lautner and I looked at each other... I can tell that he heard what Mere said. I bet he's angry and hurt. I hung up the phone and said, "I'm really sorry about that."
