I looked out my window the rest of the ride home not anything. Mainly to allow Jughead talk to his dad but also to mentally prepare for what was going to happen when I walked inside. The truck stopped at my house and I took a deep breath
"Thanks for the ride Mr Jones"
"Your welcome (Y/N)"
"Do you want me to come in and help you explain?"
"No thanks Jug believe me they won't listen to logic at this point, maybe tomorrow but not today"
"Ok well I'll seed you"
"At school" I nodded at Jugheads farther then stepped out of the truck and waved as I made my way to the house.

I opened the door and prepared to see my parents standing in the hallway with disapproving glares. But the hallway was empty, I walked down it calling out for my parents
"Mom? Dad?" I walked down the hallway past the living room until I got to the kitchen where they were sitting at the table
"Hello (Y/N) mom said
"Hi mom, dad" I responded nervously

"We got a call from your principal today, said you caused quite a scene today" dad said
"That's right"
"So (Y/N) care to explain to us why you got sent to the principals office a mere month after we moved which I must admit is quite a record" mom said
"Well you see Chuck a boy at school had this stupid books vandalizing girls and I wanted him to suffer the consequences"
"And why didn't you just go to the principal?" Dad asked I laughed he tried he did
"Oh please dad like Weatherbee will do anything Chuck is the football coachs son he's worshiped at that school, I wanted to take him down a couple pegs and yeah it got me in a bit of trouble along the way but I was sticking up for my friends. You can yell and ground me all you want I don't regret what I did" my parents sighed

"(Y/N) we love that your standing up for your friends and doing what you think is right but next time there's a problem at your school you come to us"
Oh while we are on that topic my phsyco ex is back and destroyed my car but don't worry I pushed him into a pool. But I didn't say that I just nodded

"But there do need to be consiqinces for your actions, your principal mentioned detention and your grounded for a week, no friends after school, no Jughead and you to be in this house everyday after school." Dad said and I nodded
"Also another thing we need to bring up, there was also a mention of a snake and a house and Halloween?" Mom mentioned confused clearly
"Umm that was just a prank that got way out of control honestly" I said my parents sighed
"Snakes, book throwing what are we going to do with you (Y/N) Dad said with a smirk I shrugged my shoulders
"Your guess is as good as mine" I turned around and walked up to my room. Wow that didn't go as terrible as I expected it, they listened to what I had to say and responded in a non loud and yelling tone. I went up to my room and noticed I got a text from Jughead

You ok?
Yeah actually it went better then I thought sill grounded for a week but I'm allowed within 5 feet of you.
That's great I'm still grounded too but I talked to dad and he understands why I did it
Also Jughead did you ever get that snake back

What? It's not easy catching a full grown snake slithering in a empty mansion at night don't worry my dad or one of the Serpents will get it
I rolled my eyes

So how are you going to occupy your time until your free again
Writing lots of writing I feel bad since I've been spending so much time with you I haven't given much attention to the Blue and Gold and trying to help Betty figure out who killed Jason
If she says anything tell her you have a clingy girlfriend who won't leave you alone
All right I'll be sure to let her know see you tomorrow at school love you

I turned off my phone and got ready for bed. Before I fell asleep I continued that drawing I did of Pops, on a separate sheet of paper I noticed the sketch I did of Jughead and smiled and continued it until I feel asleep.
