Archie is looking out for Jughead... and becoming a dad at the same time sorry this is short oops should probably make these things longer
Jugheads P.O.V
It's been weeks later and everything seems to be going great for once. The police are going full force into the investigation with the information Cheryl gave them. Archie was keeping his word and would report back to me at the end of every day at the trailer.

"I don't know what to tell you Jughead Jake seems fine he's friendly he's great at football, he's funny." Archie was telling me siting on my bed
"Bullshit he's hiding something" I said pacing back and forth
"Well he's doing a pretty good job then, Jughead have you ever confused his side of the story? I mean why he cheated on (Y/N) and why he's so mean to her?"
"Because he's a tool that's why" I responded why anyone would want to hurt is beyond me, she's caring, funny, kind, honest, sm-"

"Hey Jughead" Archie said breaking me out of my thoughts
"What?" I asked looking at him
"Why do you have a pair of females underwear under your covers" he asked holding up the underwear in question, busted
"Well that's um.. shut up give me that" I grabbed it from him "how did you find it?"
"It was just sticking it out from under the covers, its (Y/N)'s isn't it?"
"What no it's... yeah" I said keeping my head down and walking to my dresser to put the underwear in
"Does your dad know?"
"Yes Archie I'm telling my dad that I'm having sex"
"Just wondering ... are you being safe"
"Oh my" I put my hand over my face and sighed
"Ok dad yes we are being safe do you want to see the condoms in the dresser?"

"I'm good"
"That's what I thought now back to business: Halloween is coming up" I started pacing again
"Ok..."
"That's the perfect opportunity to find out Jakes fears"
"And why am I finding that out exactly?"
"To use it against him!"
"Ohhhh... so what are you and (Y/N) doing for Halloween?"
"There's s double feature at the bijou, I'm taking her there" I replied
"That's it? Don't you try to scare us every year? Last year you had Betty running from the hills"

"Oh I'm still doing that too don't worry"  I said with a smile
"Should I be scared?"
"That is the point of Halloween Archie"
"No I mean right now" he said intimidated
"Oh no your safe don't worry"
"Is (Y/N) helping?" He asked
"A little the root of the plan was my idea but she helped and added a couple things"
"How romantic, well anyway that's all I got time for, gotta go home to get homework done I gave you my report, learned too much about your dating life and got creeped out, see you"  Archie gave me a pat on the back as he left my room and the trailer making his way back home. As soon as he left I reached under the bed and got the voice changer I stole from my dad
"This is gonna be fun" I said into it.
